I been going to pizza valley since I was a kid. I called about a $10 special. The price went up and I didn't know. So I was asking questions. I guess that was annoying the guy on the phone, so he hung up on me. I could've called back and ordered but I was too worried about what they'd do to the pizza after I upset them. Don't know if I'll order from them again.

I have been buying pizza for over 20 years from this place. The food has become horrible and inedible. All we asked for was for them to replace the pizza with another one and the owner started screaming and yelling in the background. The old man as the guy on the phone describes is the owner and is very rude and wants to just keep arguing. I will never order from this place again. The place probably hasn’t been cleaned in 20+ years. STAY AWAY.

Haven't eaten here in almost 20 years. Good pizza still? In town for a few months. They had the deals back in the day. Two large pizzas, one topping, chicken wings, and a $2 liter for $20. Old man use to pay teens to pass out flyers

Food is great customer service is complete garbage especially the older gentleman,rude and unfriendley once I had to wrestle a pie out of his hands I had already purchased and paid for over the phone guys lucky he's older cuz I felt like putting hands on em!!! And they don't deliver any where but the hallow which doesn't make sense seeing it's a low income area poor customer service and bad business practices I don't understand how they are still open pizza's great thou

I ordered Buffalo chicken wings fried hard I was given spicy chicken wings but not only was it not what I asked for the food wasn’t properly done the chicken wings are very greasy ,soggy and the meat was pink not fried hard or crispy as they might say at all honestly I’m disgusted this isnt what I order at all pizza valley do

The food might be good. I wouldn’t know . The person they have running the phone sounds like he’s 100 and English may be his second or third language . I had to repeat everything multiple times , then he hangs up on me. Calls me back to tell me he didn’t hear my card number correctly . They need someone new taking orders. Literally anyone else would be an improvement .
