This particular woman cashier is always rude and filled with attitude not only to customers but she often short with the staff as well. She disregards your order and put whatever piece of chicken she wants and is always rushing out to smoke.

Manager is the rudest and nastiest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. The staff, a bunch of teenagers who clearly don’t care about their job, stand around like incompetent sheep. I can’t even blame them with the poor excuse of a “leader” like the one they have that i unfortunately had to deal with In the drive thru. She was angry for no apparent reason, took my order wrong, then got mad at me for it.

Very horrible customer service. They did not give me the right order. They were very rude and just threw my food in the bag . I did not receive any of my order. I never got food from somewhere so nasty. They should be shut down or hire new staff. Very nasty attitude I was scared to eat or drink my food because I was worried they did something to it

I tried their food for the 1st time must say it was very bad ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and classic sandwich I paid for cheese but there was no cheese in my sandwich. The spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy at all the photo show with jalapeños but there no jalapeños. Wings weren’t fresh. All messy never going to order from here. Plus my Oder was last when I called the outlet they we are short of staff no wondering I had missing items
Rude ass staff at this location. Drive thru guy arguing when confronted him for this $4 bag of fries LMAO. “Oh this is what the small fry looks like”. Nah buddy, I go to Popeyes all the time and 7 fries is not a small… I usually get 5x this amount. He refused to give us more. Not to mention our large $7 mashed potatoes wasn’t even half full. SMH do better!

But he refused to change my side that ordered from there website to pick up at store. Are you that miserable with your job you can't switch the side how hard can that be.
