The fried chicken is good the fries tasty but the Customer Service need to be improved. I ordered a pick up meal and when I arrived to the location, I went to the drive-through and even though I have the code and my name on the order they refuse to give me my order through the Drive-through and they asked me to come into the store. When I went into the store, there were one customer in front of me and yet it took me 15 minutes to get my order picked up and it was done 15 minutes before.

Everytime I come there, the orders are incomplete. They always leave out something. Today I ordered a family meal.. they left out the drink. The chicken is hard and tough, cold and old. I was in a rush, but this was crap. I rather go to KFC( Barnum Ave)or Mainport Chicken on North Ave. Never again will I go there again and get a smile, while they screw you in the drive thru..they suck

They're very disrespectful, I went to the store the other day and I was charged wrong and the girl was with very rude attitude, I also ordered online and every time the I order I'm missing something and the chicken is not well done, I didn't receive the sodas and any utensils.

Horrible horrible to the point I even turned around and walked out without even ordering a bottle of water /// mind u my friend received a email for a job interview the staff knew nothing of it and then was very rude to the lady so I went in to get the managers name and no one had a name tag was a nick name …. Then the so called manager’s definition of English was worse than anything I ever heard in my life…. But we wonder why businesses are doing bad. Well look at the garbage u hire instead of a woman who I can promise u will work and be devoted to the place ….smh

This place has the worst service imaginable. Don’t even bother trying to order through Uber Eats or any similar platform. You’ll likely have 5 drivers cancel before someone actually picks up your order. It makes me wonder why so many drivers cancel—then you see the countless one-star reviews, and it all makes sense.

If I had known the order was coming from this Popeyes, I would have skipped it entirely. The food quality is terrible—seems like they try to stretch chicken leftovers for days if no one buys it. This location is always empty, which is rare for a Popeyes. I don’t know anyone who’s been here and had a good experience.

The staff doesn’t seem to respect themselves, let alone their customers. If you order online, don’t expect your food to be treated with care. And even if you decide to go in person, prepare to wait over an hour just for something as simple as a box of fries.

Their service doesn’t even deserve a star rating—it’s a -100. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely.

They took like 5 minutes to take my drive through order when i got to the window there i knew why they took long. On their freaking phones!!! Chicken tasted like last night’s leftovers . Not going back to that one?
