Food isn't bad, just WAY too expensive. Not sure how long this establishment will last. I could go to several places better and pay a fraction of what they charge. Way too overrated.

Went to red lobster with the family for Easter Sunday and the waitress “ Enely H “was taking her sweet and long time to take out order she then left the table and I had to ask another coworker to find her cause she took 30 minutes to come back she had an attitude and when I asked for my drinks and food she said what you mean & I said like hello what you mean the food the drinks by time we got our food after about 10 minutes I ended up losing my appetite and was ready to just leave and go home so long story is my receipt amount said one thing and when I got home to check my balance on my app the transaction amount was totally different i was charged $21 extra dollars and no I wasn’t tipping nobody who had an attitude and was moving slow which I didn’t understand cause red lobster inside was empty barely nobody ..

I had a great surf and turf dinner the other day ! The service was exceptional. Very friendly waitstaff. I did not feel "rushed" like in some other establishments I've dined at.Highly recommend!!Thank you very much!

This was the 2nd time the service was horrible here at red lobster. The first time I figured they were understaffed but I had to go find the waiter that was chatting up with other staff. But this time was the last time. Service was awful, same waiter was there. Food was late, missing items. I paid extra for lobster sauce on my shrimp alfredo and I’ll have to post what I received, cold and hard old pasta. Like it was sitting out. Appetizers came an hour later and the waiter stated he had asked to kitchen what the hold up was, but couldn’t give me an answer. At no point did a manager come by totry to make it better or explain why everything was taking over an hour for just appetizer. and most staff didn’t care when I asked for help. Then they tried to charge me for items we never received!Never ever again! Sooo disappointed!

If we can give this red lobster 0 stars I would. We arrived at the restaurant at 3:45 pm. Ordered drinks and appetizers, didn’t get them until 4:47pm, and only received one appetizer instead of 2. The waiter kept saying that they were working on it. For over an hour!!! The appetizer for coconut shrimp was cold when it arrived to us on top of it all! Our main course came out at 5pm. Very disappointed with the staff and restaurant. Will not be returning to this establishment or any other. It’s really not worth the aggravation when you’re paying for service!Ps. Clean your utensils better.

Ray was amazing. We literally showed up 5 minutes before close and not one second did he give an attitude or rush us. We were actually rushing and he told us to slow down and enjoy ourselves. Excellent service. Food was piping hot. And we enjoyed our evening. Thank you Ray and staff.

The clam chowder was just warm. The lobster tail end was under cooked. The grilled snapper was good. As I pushed my plate away, 2 small flies or gnats swarmed the plate. I spent the rest of the night hoping I wouldn't get sick.
