why is it that i place an order on 01/27/2026 and my money was taken but when the driver headed there, the store is closed. if you are closed please make sure it is updated on the uber/doordash. I have spend $40 for a food that i did not receive nor did i receive a refund!!!!!!

This was our first time here. Had to go to Bpt and read the reviews on this place. It didn’t disappoint. We had the jerk chicken and oxtail. They were both excellent. Very tender fell off the bone and so flavorful!! Best jerk check I had in a long time. The rice was also delicious. Great portions. We will definitely be back. If u are near the Trumbull mall u have to stop at this place. It’s in the Shell gas station parking lot. Don’t pass it by u won’t be disappointed!!
