I tried to order on line and this store didn't appear on the Pizza Hut website. After 30 minutes of trying to find it and having called their head quarters,I went on Google maps and dialed the number that appears on the map 203-331-9999 and the number is not working. I gave up and went to a local family owned pizza place in town.How can you trust a place that's being ran so unprofessional? I'd give them a 0 star rating if given that option.

Horrible to say the least Ordered online and arrived roughly about 10 minutes past when the food should have been ready to bring bombarded by a very unprofessional team of workers that had no clue as to what is was that they were doing. So close to an hour later I requested a refunded which was granted and to my surprise seconds later my pizza appeared which was given to me but was not what I ordered and was very dryyyyyyy. The bread sticks were horrific and unbearable to eat. Overall I would not recommend this establishment and will not return

I like Pizza Hut but I've recently had way too many bad experiences with them. I paid for a pizza online anx only after they charged my card did they tell me that they couldn't complete my order because they ran out of cheese. Then after trying to cancel my order they charged my card again but when I tried to call about it they closed. Although they say I should have the money on my card by at least next week it is still a huge inconvience. Definitly won't be going back there.

Absolutely terrible! It was last Friday night and my friends and I ordered some pizzas at 11:20 PM for pick up. Then I got a call from Pizza Hut and they told me that they ran out of dough so they had to close early (supposed to close at 12:00 AM). What pizza place runs out of dough! Very disappointing.

I have ordered from this location twice within the last 2 months, May 4th being the most recent time. I have made attempts to order online, however each time the systems says, "that its down and not accepting online orders". I have spoken with the manager both times regarding the inconvenience and the cost difference (placing an order online versus in the store). The manager would not grant or honor the online discount and the second time I was told the District Manager disabled the online ordering system. This is an inconvenience since I prefer to order online to receive the discount and save time. As a customer, its also poor practice not to try and remediate the situation/ recurring problem.

The pizza is ok but the staff obviously has a hard time reading online orders so be sure to call them up to confirm your order before picking it up :)
