Got a lemon pound cake, forgot to give it to me and then gave it to me in the factory packaging. Not busy at all, and didn’t pour my iced coffee until 15 minutes later and I had to ask for milk. Employees walk in and out like working there is a hobby

I visited Starbucks today 7/14/2025 about 6:15. At the drive through. The young lady took my order of Dragonfruit lemonade and eye white bites. I got to the window to pay. The total of $12:02. I give the young lady $20:00 and then 2 Pennie’s. To which she said very loudly. “Jesus Christ “ and closed the window. Because I give her the Pennie’s. Being in customer Service myself I was both appalled and humiliated. The young lady is representing a brand . This is poor customer service…

I was here on Friday, and the staff were incredibly sweet. I had a mobile order here and was a little delayed on arriving so I called them and they were very understanding. It was a very pleasant experience.

The shift lead Akilitus(not sure if this is the correct name) is very standoffish, don’t get me wrong, the drinks are made very well. But it seems as tho this manager has 0 customer service skills which is very uncomfortable especially after I thanked him for the drink and he just looked at me and said nothing. Train your managers better.

I spend way too much $$ at Starbucks for their so called Manager Armando to deal with my order like total crop. 04/09/25 I ordered a brown sugar shaken expresso with strawberry foam ontop. At the window I was given the drinks with the foam mixed in. I asked for them to fix it. The cashier took back the drinks. Then came back and said they cannot remake it lol that was so funny to me because I thought they are for the customer. So, I asked for a refund. Armando then came at the window a gave me a refund since he was the store manager, I assumed he was the one that ordered not to remake my drink. He gave me a refund without an excuse to why not a remake. He gave me the receipt also with a nasty atitude and dirty look per usual. I am not even suprised they make anyone a manager and that store needs a lot of customer service training. Bad example for new employees. I paid for almost $10.00 isn't up to par they are supposed to remake it. I have never been turned away from any other location but store #22995 has got to be the worse pertaining to customer service after all the money I spend there I will never go back there if Armando is on shift he needs to GO!!!!!!! He needs training!!!! He needs a whole lot to be on the front line period.

Just wanted to reciprocate some positivity today. The worker who gave me my drink had no idea how much I needed to hear this today! I went to the drive thru and I didn’t read this until I had already driven away, and I wish I could have thanked them properly. Just wanted to say you for making my entire day and spreading some much needed kindness 💖💗

Yesterday my husband went to get an ice coffee. After he paid and got it he taste it and it completely tasted like WATER with coloring. It was disgusting. He went to ask if they can make it over and DANIEL who was on shift was completely rude. Told my husband that’s ice coffee and he can’t do anything about it. My husband asked him to make it over and he refused. Also took back the one my husband bought. Didn’t return the money or anything. Every time we come to this location there’s an issue. Especially with Daniel. He’s rude and needs to be trained properly. We will be taking this to corporate.

OMG the customer service, the extreme politeness professionalism that the manager I believe his name is IZAYA. 255 E Main st Bpt Starbucks. I had a Mango Dragonfruit lemonade...OMG am a customer NOW because that's the Best Starbucks I been to in years. Good job Staff..

I go to this location almost every morning around 6am before work. Multiple times my mobile order has been stolen or taken by someone else and I’ve had to wait 20-30 mins to get it remade. These last few times I’ve picked up my mobile order in the drive thru and the employee today told me “please stop ordering on the app and coming through the drive thru”……. I think that’s ridiculous especially given at the time I come I’m usually one of the only people there. Rude customer service
