I came in to redeem my birthday drink, and Ciera was so kind and courteous and created a positive atmosphere for my day. Everybody else behind the counter greeted me when I came in and left. I enjoyed my experience. Also, my drink was the best I’ve had from Starbucks in a long time!

They have the best morning staff. Every single customer gets a greeting. Always good morning from everyone and welcome in. When leaving it's the same energy and wishing everyone a good day. All associates keep a smile on their faces. No matter how busy it may be service is always done with a smile.

Eija is amazing. I love Starbucks but she is first person in all the Starbucks I’ve been to that offered me a straw & napkin with my order. It may seem small but that is so big and sweet. May her life be successful & happy.

I was having the worst day walked in around 7:10 am and every single person behind the corner said “ Good morning” in such a happy tone my whole day was made!! I was greeted by singing, and smiles and it couldn't have made me happier 🥹🥹.

Was having a medical emergency needed water. Went to try and buy a cup of ice water was told they did not sale only water and I had to purchase something else. Offered for me to buy a cake pop i’m a diabetic and was feeling light headed 😵💫. Poor customer service
