Customer service is bad. recently more frequently have a bad attitude, not friendly or welcoming at all. Some of the staff make you feel like a bother even though us customers are the reason why they even have a job.

So this is my home Starbucks, a place of peace and tranquility when I need to complete work assignments and classes for engineering. Mike and the day/night staff that works when he is there are amazing, really cool down to earth guys, definitely makes it feel like a home away from home. I’m never waiting long for what I need, I would say my only issue is table maintenance. The tables here are filthy and are not wiped throughly throughout the shifts where I literally have to come in, ask for a rag and wipe them myself so I can at least sit somewhere clean. The bathroom isn’t well maintained unfortunately. I would have given them five stars but these things definitely need to be worked on, other then that I look forward to coming here daily

If I could give 1000 stars I would. Eija helped me today and she was so sweet. She has a great personality and assured my drink was made to my liking. My frappe was also delicious. Will definitely be returning here.

I was going to this Starbucks location daily, which is outside of my own town simply due to the fact that they made my coffee perfectly. Unfortunately, They got my order wrong one time and since I was sure it was a one off I simply went to return it for another. I was very turned off to experience rudeness instead of empathy and courtesy… I was not upset they got the order wrong but more disappointed at how I was treated when coming back to return something that was an error on their part.

Tried to order a chai tea latte with 2 pumps of chai and it was too sweet. Attitude and the lady came to me and said what do you want and charged me 13.23 for it and it wasnt even good.
