I was going to this Starbucks location daily, which is outside of my own town simply due to the fact that they made my coffee perfectly. Unfortunately, They got my order wrong one time and since I was sure it was a one off I simply went to return it for another. I was very turned off to experience rudeness instead of empathy and courtesy… I was not upset they got the order wrong but more disappointed at how I was treated when coming back to return something that was an error on their part.

Tried to order a chai tea latte with 2 pumps of chai and it was too sweet. Attitude and the lady came to me and said what do you want and charged me 13.23 for it and it wasnt even good.

I was worried about this location opening up, but since I've begun going here instead of the location in Trumbull on White Plains Road, I've been nothing but satisfied! The staff is so much more friendly and professional, never confrontational and rude like they often are in Trumbull. Yes, like some people say, you might have to wait a little while, but that's the case with any Starbucks and I'm happy to do so at this clean, friendly, and safe spot.

Very disorganized and understaffed. Last two times I visited, lost drink order one time and put my order on the drive thru table and noticed after I stood waiting for my mobile order for 15 minutes.

Went to walk into the establishment, the set of double doors was out of service, and when I finally got to the only door that worked there was a tiny sign saying that they were only operating via the drive through. You mean to tell me you couldn’t have posted it anywhere else on the building?

Isn't it state law to be open your posted hours? Somehow they can't make a latte because they're understaffed. Who knew it took more than one person. Amazing. I guess that's why it costs so much.

Thoroughly DisgustedThe restroom was in desperate need of servicing, tacky music blasting way to loud on the speakers everywhere, and the garbage cans were overflowing.When I asked the barista for a mug for my cappuccino, she replied with a snotty, unapologetic “we don’t have mugs here.”Wow, a coffee shop that doesn’t have coffee mugs for their customers.Starbucks should be ashamed of itself for charging me $5.31 for a mediocre cappuccino, served up in a cardboard cup by a snotty barista.Corporate greed shows its unattractive, robotic face. What a complete waste of time and money.I don’t recommend this location.Thoroughly disgusted,Rick

The coffee is usually great but the managers voice makes studying and even enjoying a cup of coffee unbearable. I feel like many times she belittles her coworkers in front of customers, which in my opinion is not okay.

At 6:00p.m on 10/26/23 I was being as polite as possible & this lady was being rude & childish. I didn’t mind cause I thought hey maybe she’s having a rough day. I asked her something and didn’t mind her response however her comment at the end is why I’m writing this. Hopefully she gets held accountable, because that’s not how you talk to anyone at work or even outside. To describe her fizzy/curl, & on the heavier side.
