I love subway, but out of all the subways this is the absolute worst one I have ever been to. The order was completed and it is in a great location being next to the laundromat that is why I am giving it 2 stars. Not clean, 1 person working, messiest sandwich I have ever had, stal bread, not so fresh. On the up side when the employee cut my bread wrong and I asked her to redo it she did, when she put clumps of toppings on and I asked her to please spread them out evenly she did and she completed my order. She tried to fix all the imperfections, but it was still a messy sandwich and on stal bread.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Ordered a footlong meatball sub on white,then the lady tells me they only have italian bread,no biggie i say,then she tells me they only have enough meatballs for a 6”,i ask for a couple other sandwiches and theyre out of everything. So then i ask for salt and pepper on my sandwich and she tells me theyre out of pepper. Took my sandwich and bit into it and meatballs were cold. Never again,go to any other subway but this 1

Would give 0 stars if i could. Came here on friday 6/5/20 for lunch around 1pm. Ask for a foot long meatball sub on white. The lady making my sandwich says they only have itallian bread,no biggie,then she tells me she only has enough meatballs to make a 6",that noone made meatballs,then proceeds to put them in microwave bc theyre cold. Then i ask for a couple other sandwiches so i can have a full meal, out of them all,then i ask for salt and pepper on my sandwich and she tells me they only have salt WHO RUNS OUT OF PEPPER?!?? I took my sandwich and when i bit into it the meatballs were still cold!!! Will never ever go to this subway again!! Do yourself a favor and go to the 1 on Madison and Capitol but avoid this 1!

I found the worker who was working the night shift on 01/23/2020 to be very rude towards my boyfriend and I. The second we walked in he had a very bad attitude throwing his hands up and rolling his eyes while making the sandwiches as if we were bothering him to do his job. It honestly made me upset that I just wanted to walk out and not even purchase the food.

I am beyond irritated at this point. I get off of work at 7:30 and make my way over to this subway by 8:00pm and for some strange reason it is always closed when it is supposed to close at 10pm (this has happened on three occasions so far), then I think to myself that maybe the schedule has changed, only to call other subways nearby and have them confirm that they close at 10. I don’t know who is in charge of this subway in particular but they need to stop closing down the store earlier than stated.
