I placed an online delivery order (of $29.50). One of the around $5 items I ordered, they ran out of. Instead of contacting me or canceling that item (or even the order.... as restaurants have before) they chose to pick the remaining stale alternative (that probably no one wants) and sent that to me, with an extra stale alternative.As though giving me a free piece of stale gross garbage will make up for it. I'd rather have my money so I can go somewhere else and buy what I actually ordered. Wow logic.I paid for that with MY money not yours. The fact that you decided what to do with my money was an ignorant choice. I most definitely got my money back (thank you UberEat). And the old stale garbage I was given went straight in the garbage, where it belongs. Adding this Subway to my "never go here" list.

Good location store is clean, I order online and usually my order is correct and done quickly. Last several times I have ordered online my order is missing something or not made with special instructions I added to mobile order. Today I order 2 sandwiches one for myself and one for my husband. Same sandwich type different add ons. My husband's order did not have spinach on it but sandwich got spinach anyway. I wanted pickles on mine as well did not receive pickles. Please have associates pay attention to add ons for each sandwich and special instructions.

It says they close at 9pm so I came at 8:30pm one day & they were closed, so this time I showed up at 8pm and they’re closed still way earlier than the time posted on google & there’s no signs on the doors to tell you the hours. I hope the employees aren’t just closing earlier than they’re supposed to.

I've bought twice from this place, first they didn't deliver and didn't cancel my app, until today I didn't receive my refund, the second time they sent me the wrong order and missing the extras I paid, I'll never buy from this place again

The wood ave and suburban ave subway is a hidden gem. Unlike the black rock tpke subway and the villa ave subway the w/s subway has employees who are trained to serve customers and exuberantly and correctly listen to customer requests. The w/s subway has across the board cheaper prices and a better drink selection. Become the person who watches the other subway besides w/s handle money then directly go make another order. The lack of training at subway should become an issue. That is why w/s is worth a special trip.

They get my takeout (order ahead for pickup) sandwich wrong every time! EVERY TIME! How hard is it to read the list of the ingredients I want and add it?! There is always something missing or never the correct amount I asked for. Please for the love of god take your time and go ingredient by ingredient! The positive is that they are super clean and friendly, but if they can't follow simple directions and make a sandwich correctly I'm not sure if that makes up for it.
