I do a lot of traveling around the state and this is my favorite Subway in Connecticut. Farcana and her staff always greets the customers with a smile and makes a delicious sandwich. I highly recommend this location for all your Sub needs!

My son loves Subway, so we go there often. Their sandwiches are excellent, but don’t tip on the machine — that money doesn’t go to the servers, it goes to the owners. If you want to tip, give cash instead.

I made a sandwich order for an event, last week.
They were neatly wrapped and labeled in boxes.
The condiments some fresh and others in packages were displayed in order.
The sandwiches were delicious and enjoyed by all.
I will recommend this Subway to my family
and friends .

The second time I put in an online order tells me will be ready in like 30 minutes. Send my husband to pick it up. They haven’t even started it and there’s no one in the store. Only the workers is the second time this happens. Why time of 30 minutes for the order to be ready. But yeah is not and they are not even busy whoever the manager is should be really look in to because he/she is managing the store horribly all Comments are just like mine

I was accused of stealing when I bought a meal.. the little guy came to my car and said I stole it.. it was a terrible experience… I will never come back to this racist subway ever again.

came in around 11 am tried to order lunch sat in line for 10 minutes no other customers in the store three employees one being a manager was behind the counter. One was making an order the other did busy work trying to avoid eye contact . No one acknowledged me. I eventually left and wasn’t acknowledged on the way out the door either.

Walk in to order worker sitting there eating which is okay I nod at him and wait at the counter. After like three minutes he gets up and serves me… acknowledging me would been great from the start.

I usually order from the subway on Broadbridge Ave however I ordered from the app and they matched me to this one and I should have went with doordash. Sandwiches were not edible at all, drenched in mayo and oil. Wish I could add pics but I didn’t have the option to

The two people that were working on Monday 9/12/23 made the best sandwiches we’ve ever had from a Subway location. We ordered a tuna and a veggie delite and both were well made and tasted amazing. Good job guys, A+.
