I don't know why this subway has these low stars but when I visited today, it was fantastic. The staff were really friendly, also there is one asian girl who made me a lot bigger ( I think the biggest I ever had) sandwich. She needs a raise. It also has a big space where you can sit and eat. Overall it was really good to have a peaceful and delicious meal.

My husband brought lunch October 11 2024 at between 11am to 12 pm today BTL Sandwich I ask for the bread not to be toasted and he toast bread was hard and I couldn't even bite into very disappointed I been in food business over 35 years and will never serve uneatable food the employee needs to be coach or written up

Came here off a google ad on impulse. Very good place I hope it doesn’t get shut down. Great staff seem to be from the city. Got nothing but gratitude and good vibes from the young people working there. Very good mindset employees here have.

This Subway was the very best! The girl who took our order was not only kind, but super friendly, attentive, and very thorough. She deserves a raise and/or promotion for sure! My husband and I stopped here before heading back out of state after a very long, hot day. It was very much worth the trip! The food was very delicious as well! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend! (I only wish my receipt had her name because I truly wish she could get the credit she deserves!) (She said she loves extra pickles like I do lol)

So, we ordered our unusual from Subway using the app, when I tell you the dasher stole our food yes I was upset because I was set on my meatball sub. So, doordash said that Subway had to refund my money since it was directly thru their app. Cool, but the manager, Ronnie is never there. Everytime I called, or my daughter called we were told to call back in an hour. I'm windering when he has time to manage because he's in an out of the building. I mean, he goes in for maybe 20 mins or so, then he gone. It's been a couple weeks and I still don't have my refund, so now I have to call corporate office to see about my refund. Ronnie needs some time off or another job, he belittles his female staff in front of customers as well. Other than that, Subway is my favorite go to spot, the employees there are great, except management. Get a new manager that praises his stuff and they'd be excellent 👏🏽 👌🏽 I love subway, but Ronnie get them a 2 star from me, otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

Very disappointed.. we ordered food that time it shows open until 11 p.m. online and we ordered at around 8:30 p.m. and it shows delivery time at 9 p.m. Then we wait for an hour still we didn't get our order so we try to call but also it was unavailable and then they said they are closed.... So, irresponsible they are.
This establishment in downtown Bridgeport was doing great until I got home and opened up my foot long meatball and realized it was a different sandwich. Ay ay ay.
