Ordered delivery, cookies were baked fresh which earned a star back but they gave me the wrong cookies. Gave me wrong sauces on all my dippers, and the sandwich toppings I paid for were not on there, and half of my sandwich toppings weren't even there including lettuce, just had lettuce pickles, green peppers a bunch of sauce. Thats not even a sandwich and I cant get a refund either. Very disappointing
On my visit today to pick up my order I placed through the app... I wanted to place a third order and while the young lady was making my sub I noticed the lettuce looked very brown, wilted, and not fresh. I asked if I could have my sub made with fresh lettuce in addition also my other two orders... Also other customers asked for the same, that fresh lettuce be use we were told that one employee refused to throw away the lettuce for some reason. When multiple customers started to complain about the same thing she finally removed the old lettuce and place fresh one... She was rude and even asked me to cancel my order and if I want my money back. All because she didnt want to remake my order properly... Another employee, named Shawanna I believe, was so sweet and nice... she remade my order. I am solely giving my review to report that one employee... She was terrible and unprofessional.

I don't know why this subway has these low stars but when I visited today, it was fantastic. The staff were really friendly, also there is one asian girl who made me a lot bigger ( I think the biggest I ever had) sandwich. She needs a raise. It also has a big space where you can sit and eat. Overall it was really good to have a peaceful and delicious meal.

My husband brought lunch October 11 2024 at between 11am to 12 pm today BTL Sandwich I ask for the bread not to be toasted and he toast bread was hard and I couldn't even bite into very disappointed I been in food business over 35 years and will never serve uneatable food the employee needs to be coach or written up
