Went today around 11:30-12. Absolutely NO ONE was inside or the Drive-Thru for my food to take up so much time. The employee's here are beyond unprofessional and lazy, the employee didn't even want to take an in person orrder from another customer and told him to go to the Kiosk. (It wasn't even busy) The Co2 at the soda machine was FLAT, so on the safe side I tried to drink some Gatorade from the same machine and it was LUKE WARM, I spit it out. This location is straight trash.

It’s disgusting how slow this place is | clearly understaffed for the amount of deliveries they get. It’s popping because of the University 10 mins away but they need more workers.
No one’s cleaning the dinning room. I’ve waited over an hour for 2 orders.

Pull up they took my order quick, and had my order ready just moments after pulling up to pay. The was hot and fresh. But it was like 2 p.m. ..I actually hate a lot g drive through line. So I pick times to go when I think the rush is over.

I was sitting at a table and tell me why I saw a man outside the restaurant taking photos in a hoodie around the restaurant acting suspicious, and then I looked behind me to see what it was and it was some worker holding a needle in their hand shaking! I was so scared and began to walk out. These workers be on something and don’t even know that someone is secretly taking photos to shut down the place! SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN!!! THEY EVEN GOT MY ORDER WRONG!!! Cashier lucky we didn’t catch a fade.
