I placed my mobile order and opted to pick my order up the inside of the establishment. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. I also saw 2 workers who were making the burritos and tacos stop for a phone break for 10 minutes. Another worker had to tell them to start making my order. WTH!!

The Salad Bowl with rice, chicken and beans was the worst experience I've ever had.
The food was mushy, pasty and the rice was undercooked. The service and delivery were done through a screen, there were no physical cashiers. The $12 price tag could have been better spent.
I only ate the whole salad with avocado.
The only saving grace was the soda flavors that I tasted with thirst.

Been there 3 times, and they have gotten the order wrong all 3 times, make sure you check your orders before you drive out. Went back once so they can remake a burrito, the manager wanted to charge me again cause I took 2 bites. Not so good on his part.

307 my order said 456 they say no it expired we don’t have it , worst customer service on earth , they should all be replaced with Spanish workers like McDonald’s that love being here and want to work, but it’s inner city so probably why the uneducated work there

Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through got 2 chicken bowls with extra chicken and got home and there’s a single portion of chicken in each so annoying will be asking for the extra chicken on the side because it seems like I have to dig through the bowls at the drive through to make sure it’s included.

Food is average. But it is the SLOWEST Taco Bell ever. It took over 25 minutes for our order placed inside to be completed. While at least 6 plus orders went through the drive through. In person and app orders and low priority. Don't go if you have a time constraint.
