The food was fine but there’s much better places down the road. Service is slow so don’t be in a rush, and the staff all seems like they could care less about their job to the point where it’s disturbingly rude
Good spot for wings, especially during happy hour 5 for $5
What happened to this place? They used to be consistently good but the quality has gone down. It's gross inside so I order for delivery mostly. The bean queso dip is usually pretty good and I always order it as a side to go with my wing order but the last two times I ordered it, it came with the consistency of milk. Go dip a chip in some milk and see how well that works. Whoever prepares it knows it is not right but they serve it anyway. Just looking at the other reviews recently shows a sinking ship.
We used to frequent here but the place is just downright dirty. The owners should look around; the dishwasher smells, the walls are dirty. Sit on the left side of the bar and look at the wall where you will also smell the dishwasher and see flies. My girl ordered a drink the the other day and the blue cheese stuffed peppers were fuzzy! Come on how can you serve this. Just because you have good wings doesn’t mean you can overlook the basics. Look in the silverware buckets in the tables, dirty! Will not be back here. Shame on you guys.

Came to pick up order and was told rudely it's not ready and told to go wait out in the front while it was raining. Girl working behind the bar with the black shirt I have a genuine question. If you hate your job so much why work there? Is this was racism feels like in 2025? Unbelievable.

I had a great experience at Blue Rhino thanks to the bartender, Matt. Even during a high-volume rush, they managed to carry on a friendly conversation with me while juggling multiple drink orders like a pro. They made my drink perfectly—just the way I like it—and honestly, because of their energy and attention to detail, I ended up staying longer than I planned. Great service, great vibe. Matt really knows what they’re doing!

Food is okay, the service sucks really bad. The atmosphere and service was good at a point in time but I don’t know what happened over the years. Caucasians walked in and the energy and attitude changed to smiles. This was one of the worst services I experienced at Blind Rhino!! Would not recommend and won’t be back! Bartender Lexus was not customer friendly AT ALL!! This place has fallen off badly with good customer service!

Went here Friday night got drink and ordered wings after waiting 45 minutes I asked the waitress was the food coming she walked away came back and said that she was in no rush so I paid for my drink and left never again place has really fallen off sad
Didn't eat there just drop in for a drink but the wings looked good 😋
This place sucks especially the manager she lies and has the worst attitude I don’t know why the management still has her, only if I could rate a zero!!
We have been going here and to the one in a Norwalk for many many years and the service we received today in Fairfield was TERRIBLE.
I’m not one to give bad reviews but it was just unkind and the customer service was terrible!
We have been long time customers of this establishment since it was Bradford and to be treated the way we were tonight, I would discourage anyone from coming to this place.
As to make matters worse the 6 yr manager continued to come by the table, it was borderline harassment and like ok hurry up and leave! Just bad Blind Rhino! Very bad!
My experience today was absolutely awful due to the server and bar manager Meg. I called this afternoon just wanting to be courteous because we had a party of 16 coming in. I was well aware they don’t take reservations and that the UConn game was on. Meg who answered the phone was beyond rude. I arrived at 2 greeted by Meg very unkindly. It was not busy at this point. She told me I could not have 2 tables for 12 people unless we filled the first one and that we could not move the tables together, I said okay. Her attitude was so unpleasant the entire time. It began to get busier and we had 5 people. I explained to her our friend just got married and we were waiting on her and her husband. Clearly Meg did not care. She gave the table away right as the rest of our party was getting there.
We ended up leaving and finding somewhere else to go that accommodated us. You would think she’d want the money from a large group. Apparently not. As someone whose been in the restaurant industry for 7 years I was absolutely appalled at her behavior as was the rest of our party.
