Food is okay, the service sucks really bad. The atmosphere and service was good at a point in time but I don’t know what happened over the years. Caucasians walked in and the energy and attitude changed to smiles. This was one of the worst services I experienced at Blind Rhino!! Would not recommend and won’t be back! Bartender Lexus was not customer friendly AT ALL!! This place has fallen off badly with good customer service!

This place sucks especially the manager she lies and has the worst attitude I don’t know why the management still has her, only if I could rate a zero!!

We have been going here and to the one in a Norwalk for many many years and the service we received today in Fairfield was TERRIBLE.
I’m not one to give bad reviews but it was just unkind and the customer service was terrible!
We have been long time customers of this establishment since it was Bradford and to be treated the way we were tonight, I would discourage anyone from coming to this place.
As to make matters worse the 6 yr manager continued to come by the table, it was borderline harassment and like ok hurry up and leave! Just bad Blind Rhino! Very bad!

My experience today was absolutely awful due to the server and bar manager Meg. I called this afternoon just wanting to be courteous because we had a party of 16 coming in. I was well aware they don’t take reservations and that the UConn game was on. Meg who answered the phone was beyond rude. I arrived at 2 greeted by Meg very unkindly. It was not busy at this point. She told me I could not have 2 tables for 12 people unless we filled the first one and that we could not move the tables together, I said okay. Her attitude was so unpleasant the entire time. It began to get busier and we had 5 people. I explained to her our friend just got married and we were waiting on her and her husband. Clearly Meg did not care. She gave the table away right as the rest of our party was getting there.

We ended up leaving and finding somewhere else to go that accommodated us. You would think she’d want the money from a large group. Apparently not. As someone whose been in the restaurant industry for 7 years I was absolutely appalled at her behavior as was the rest of our party.

If I could give zero stars, I would. this is the second time I came in and they suggested I go somewhere else to eat. same person. By the way I’ve been there before during the day and was treated very politely. I don’t understand why at night on Monday, I get sent away when I wanna spend my money and eat like the other people there.

We went for the wings. They were saucy and good! The sweet potato fries were also good. Our waitress suggested the sriracha sauce and it paired perfectly!!!

If your in need of a drink after work, there is no better place then the blind rhino. This place is arguably one of the best sports bars in Connecticut. From the moment you walk
In you are greeted with open arms, and promptly waited on. Drinks there are also very tasty & well served, appetizers are great here. Main food choices are really good, blind rhino is known for there wings and they do not miss. Trust me. Overall if you’re in the area & want a good happy hour this is the place. Give it a shot you won’t be disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Last week my friend and I called to ask how busy blind rhino was on that particular evening. The woman on the other end of the line responded with, “oh my god that’s literally the most annoying question ever…”. Needless to say we did not go. Now just a few minutes ago I called up and got the exact same woman. I asked, “how quickly does your bar fill up on a Saturday night? I’ve never been before so I wanted to get an idea of how soon to come in.” She goes “that’s the strangest question ever I don’t know there’s sports on so probably fast.” Needless to say I probably won’t be getting there any time soon with service like that.

I go to this bar very often, my best friends live a 5 min walk away.

First off, yes the bar was closing and yes it was New Year’s Eve, and our people were taking a while to leave.

BUT I ordered and paid for my drink, AND I was still served. So i was really disappointed to find out they actually threw my drink away in “secrecy” because they thought I would be too drunk to notice. And I am not talking about my central/South American primo, I am directly talking about out the older gentleman who was working late last night.

In short, I was very disappointed that they really tried that. Just don’t serve me if you’re going to rush people out.

In general, lately this place has been going through some changes. And those changes have been reflecting poorly on the rest of the staff and establishment.

I went there with my army buddy that came to visit me from South Dakota, we were looking for a sports bar to watch the football games and after 2 failed attempts in Bridgeport we found The Blind Rhino on line and after confirming the they were opened we headed out to the Blind Rhino. When we arrived there, we were immediately seated and our order was taken. Even though we only had beer, because we had eaten before we got there, they had all the games that were on and you can watch them from any angle in the place. The atmosphere was electrifying and awesome, as people left, new people were immediately seated to enjoy the games and enjoy awesome smelling food coming out of the kitchen. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Best wings in CT and best overall I’ve had in my life. Happy hour is 5 for $5 wings (currently), so it’s easy to try a variety of flavors! Chipotle orange, cherry pepper buffalo, and lemon pepper ranch are my favorites!

Need more mocktail options on menu that aren’t soda or N/A beers.
