So I understand that you can't visit all your stores But the one's in naugatuck are terrible the food is always cold the fries are soggy taste like they microwaved them the double cheese is so greasy that it soaks into the bun.

I ordered from one of their restaurants, received it curbside, and went home. Once home I sat down to eat and doubt that my order was incorrect. When I called the store the shift manager said she couldn't do anything unless I came back to the store but I wasn't going to drive 20 min there and 20 min back. I recorded an email from their customer service representative staying they couldn't and wouldn't provide a refund and only offered me vouchers. Their vouchers are worthless as I will NEVER go back to their establishment again!

After a long day of work, the only thing that was open was McDonald's. Unfortunately, it was this McDonald's restaurant that I went to. The ordering process was mostly effortless. I proceeded to pay and receive my food. I headed home because it was late and then I found the main issue. Like many many others, I found an issue with the food. I purchased their buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich and was expecting to be satisfied. Then I discovered the staff's horrible attempt at comedy. When I saw my sandwich I realized that it looked very different from the picture and of course it would because of advertisements. Then I realized it REALLY didn't look like the picture. Upon further inspection, I recognized a rather cheap and lower quality chicken patty. They had served me a McChicken patty instead of buttermilk crispy chicken patty. I tried to enjoy my meal even if it was incomplete however the sandwich left me unsatisfied. It was a cheap slab of meat with a few strands of lettuce and 2 very small tomato slice with a small drop of mayonnaise. At that point I was very livid at the incompetent workers that can't even make a simple sandwich right. Definitely would not recommend visiting!!!!! One star because I couldn't give a lower rating. Amazed because a GD monkey could probably make my order correct!!!!!

Left my purse in their Main Ave Norwalk store and magically their cameras don't work to see who took it. Yeah......right!

Went to their Brewster location during the evening hours and they were serving old, stale, crumbly bread on the big macs. I ordered 2 single cheeseburgers and they were so dry and disgusting like they took some Mcdoubles that were laying around and removed one patty then served it. Obviously quality is not what you strive for in buisness. I wish Corporate McDonald's would come in and really do a quality inspection at that property. I will never eat there again!!!!

Mr Trefz...Hello, my name.is Doug. I live in Danbury, Ct, and frequent your 3 different restaurants. The one at Berkshire Shopping Ctr has such a horrible review, im surprised this hasnt been updated or taken down. Just wanna let you know how bad for business this is. I give your food 5 stars, and like McD's nationwide... but the manager NEEDS, MUST train her employees better. I think ive only seen maybe, maybe 3 employees polite and know what theyre doing. All others dont care!Very dissapointing. I am 53 and currently unemployed, but this is not my specialty. I am, however, considering applying for a manager position at THIS restaurant just to fix these problems. If you did hire me, i guarantee, i could do a better job than this manager!!Just a thought... Trefz corporation is a family owned corporation that I have been doing business with for many decades. I have nothing but praise for them.Unfortunately someone within their McDonald's division persistently hires Puerto Rican bigots who thrive over discriminating against white heterosexual males who patronize their Waterbury Thomaston Avenue restaurant.Currently they have a short, overweight, vicious little Puerto Rican anti-white degenerate by the name of Jesus who has taken great personal pride in denying me service on three separate occasions, and has deliberately soured business relations between his life partner Manager and myself leading to him and three other of his fellow bigots ganging up and physically advancing on me in a threatening manner as I tried to escape the restaurant. Having been threatened and goaded by three managers who were all racist anti-white Puerto Ricans.I should have reported the discriminatory Hispanic bigot "Jesus" when he first ordered a young female counter person to deny me service a few months ago. I'm sure the Trefz family would have reviewed the video tape of the incident and dealt with this problematic white race hating bigot months ago.I will put in a call for assistance to the Trefz family Corporate headquarters later tomorrow to request with the removal of this highly offensive employee who I have stored on digital media trying to bully me while denying service.

Went to your New Britain Ave store in Berlin to get some breakfast. They were busy and also shorthanded and I understand this so I waited 10 - 20 minutes to get served. I ordered a #2 breakfast meal and waited another 5 minutes to get it (served by a manager). My complaint is after all my waiting,which I did voluntarily,I get to work late because of this and recieve the wrong sandwhich which I dont like.(reg. egg mcmuffin). I at least wanted the right sandwich after all that time and a fresh hashbrown. I wont wait again if I decide to go to any store again.
