The place wasn't crowded, which I loved because I feel uncomfortable in crowded places. The food was freshly made to order, and the service was super friendly. The food itself was delicious, and the gelato was sweet and creamy, just as I expected.

i am italian from new york. connecticut pizza has disappointed me so badly that i no longer look forward to eating pizza. i was taken to this place with my friends a few days ago. hands down it is the best pizza i have ever had in connecticut. it is everything a pizza should be. light on the sauce, heavy on the cheese, fluffy but crunchy crust. no burnt crust, no cheese sliding off the slice on the first bite, no excessive use of oregano, just a simple pizza the way it should be.i tried a plain cheese slice. this is always the litmus test for me. in my opinion, if they can't get a plain slice right, they're not gonna get anything else right either. they have plenty of options for toppings. a lot of the options are classic new york toppings like sausage and broccoli rabe and an authentic white pizza. they had some more outlandish toppings as well, but i think as long as they serve the classics they can do whatever else they want.i also had their pistacio cake and it was delightful. they have tiramisu and it looked great, but i was not in the mood at the moment. i bet it's fantastic though. i also noticed they had hazelnut ice cream, which is a little hard to come by around here. i plan on coming back for it.great atmosphere, incredibly helpful staff, comprehensive menu, everything you need is already on the table. everything was clean and neat and well-stocked. everyone should try it at least once.

My girlfriend and I stopped here for lunch on our way to Westport. The food was delicious, and I regret not taking photos to post. My girlfriend had the white pizza (which comes with marinara), I had the meatball parm roll (which also comes with marinara), and we shared the chocolate mousse cake for dessert. The crust on both was perfect -- strong enough to support the toppings but still buttery enough to offer a pleasant chewing experience. The marinara was incredible, and I regret not buying one of their jars to go. (Maybe next time.) The interior is clean and well-lit. The service is polite, friendly and very capable. If you're nearby, it's definitely worth your time.

My daughter & I caught a comedy show around the corner and wanted pizza beforehand. We are so happy we tried Una Dolce Vita! Walking in, the interior decor is pretty cool & welcoming. You order & pay afterwards at the counter. First off, the pizza was terrific! Also, the broccoli rabe was the best I've ever had. We finished with gelato that we both appreciated wasn't too sweet.

Ever since I visited Long Island I have been craving a grandma style pizza, so I was super excited to try it when I found this spot in Bridgeport. I ordered the grandma vodka style pizza as well as their speciality, the Una Dolce Vita pie. This pizza was split into three sections - classic, arugula prosciutto and burrata, and sausage pesto. Both were pretty good and it's a good switch up from New Haven's thin slice. They also serve gelato, I got the cookies and cream for dessert which was yummy. Service was good. Very casual eatery with plentiful seating inside. Street parking only.

The mango gelato was very good! It had this skin over it (like when pudding cools) that added to its creamy texture! The canoli was a bit sweet but very good. & the pistachio cake was very good. The guy at counter didnt speak much english but was able 2 get by (but he forgot one other item I ordered). Prices were very good! Nice surprise to find while driving thru Bridgeport looking for the ferry!
