Uncle G's Comfort Food

Good Food but don’t be misled by the prices posted on here on Google. I ordered 2 Sausage grinders for what I thought was $7 and change each. To my surprise I was told that those prices are from an old menu and hit with a $26 and change price for 2 grinders. Very disappointing. To Uncle G Staff: PLEASE UPDATE YOUR INFO!

Delicious sandwiches and food!
The food here is really tasty—especially the sandwiches. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth every penny. Quality ingredients and great flavor make it totally worth it!

Terrible food, why is there jalapeños and mushroom in a Philly cheese steak? These ingredients aren’t even listed in the menu, $17.50 sandwich that the manager Mike refused to fix the issue for. Instead offered me to buy another sandwich … reporting this.

Great guy! “G” cooks, hangs around, gives you good conversation, and great food. Worth stopping and eating for a quick but delicious bite.

I had a craving for cheese steak sandwiches. There is NO other place that comes to mind for the BEST in the area!! As an add on, I got the fries oreo cookies??. SO FREAKING DELICIOUS!!!! Definitely worth it!

The best steak sandwich I've had in 10 years! I will absolutely make this a favorite stop when I'm in the area.Can't wait to try to other items.

I was in the area shooting (photography) and stopped at Uncle G’s. What a gem this place is. Very welcoming and delicious food truck experience. Great portions and prices. Got some Mac and cheese and fresh donuts as well. I can’t wait to go back.

I ordered the pastrami Rueben and it was fantastic. Not often do I see a food truck seemingly permanently set up outside of a home depot and I was a little skeptical at first but the smell and pictures drew me in and I'm thankful it did. The food was delicious and I'll be sure to make a couple more depot runs on this job so I can hit up this spot again.

See this right here… this is what good solid “comfort” food should be like.I got the dog-a-burger which honestly… has a looot going on. Patty, bacon, hot dog, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, ketchup, mustard and relish on a roll. Sounds like a lot but it just goes together suuuper well. I tried it again another day and subtracted all the condiments for spicy mayo and it completely changed the game.I also got a basic chili cheese dog and the chili is really good! The problem with a lot of these types of food spots is the chili, if we’re being honest, is just tomato sauce and chili flakes. This chili was a little more heavy on the tomato than I like but I liked the texture with the onions, peppers and spice. You can actually taste the meat in it too.Def a new go-to for me. Don’t hesitate and grab a bite here.
