I had a craving for cheese steak sandwiches. There is NO other place that comes to mind for the BEST in the area!! As an add on, I got the fries oreo cookies??. SO FREAKING DELICIOUS!!!! Definitely worth it!

I was in the area shooting (photography) and stopped at Uncle G’s. What a gem this place is. Very welcoming and delicious food truck experience. Great portions and prices. Got some Mac and cheese and fresh donuts as well. I can’t wait to go back.

I ordered the pastrami Rueben and it was fantastic. Not often do I see a food truck seemingly permanently set up outside of a home depot and I was a little skeptical at first but the smell and pictures drew me in and I'm thankful it did. The food was delicious and I'll be sure to make a couple more depot runs on this job so I can hit up this spot again.

See this right here… this is what good solid “comfort” food should be like.I got the dog-a-burger which honestly… has a looot going on. Patty, bacon, hot dog, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, ketchup, mustard and relish on a roll. Sounds like a lot but it just goes together suuuper well. I tried it again another day and subtracted all the condiments for spicy mayo and it completely changed the game.I also got a basic chili cheese dog and the chili is really good! The problem with a lot of these types of food spots is the chili, if we’re being honest, is just tomato sauce and chili flakes. This chili was a little more heavy on the tomato than I like but I liked the texture with the onions, peppers and spice. You can actually taste the meat in it too.Def a new go-to for me. Don’t hesitate and grab a bite here.

Visited Uncle G's food truck parked outside of Home Depot for a quick lunch! I thought he had some really creative options on the menu, including a hot dog on a cheeseburger, and cornbread, Mac and cheese, and chili on a burger! Everything was good. The cornbread had actual pieces of corn in it which i thought was different! I appreciated that they had a powerful heater going, because it was a pretty chilly day, and they even had a tent with a table. The owner was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! I often see them at local fairs/festivals, so it was nice to finally try their food.

Just left there with a Philly cheesesteak and chili dog and both are fantastic! Had to pause just to write this review! The CHILI on that dog!!! Muy bueno! And this cheese steak is full of meat, veg n cheese on some delicious bread! Thanks fam for the recommendation... Now back to chowin!!!
Super legit! Ordered a turkey and ham grinder and it was perfection! Soft bread with a little crunch, generous meats and perfect amount of veggie and mayo. Add you some pepperoncini and thank me later
