If i could choose ZERO stars, I would! The customer service here is straight trash - y'all ALWAYS mess up orders. I have physically eaten here and ordered from Uber (no matter the situation) something is ALWAYS wrong or missing. These people probably don't know how to read at this point to be messing up every single order. Recently, I ordered through Uber and unfortunately forgot to change the location; so it had to be this one and as usual, MISSING ITEMS.

Dry cold fries, cold food, and you better sip your soda before you drive away cause i keep having to dump mine down the drain. Don’t even order a drink if you’re a diabetic who can’t tell diet from regular by taste. Giving one star to remind myself which Wendy’s sucks.

Ordered here instead of bridge where I live, they got order wrong and I had trouble understanding the lady, her English was not good, ordered a Dave's double with no tomato or lettuce, and when I opened the sandwich there was 1 piece of meat and you could see they took the tomatoes and lettuce off the sandwich, sandwich was old, I could tell from the hard cheese, and was very sloppy

This facility was not clean and the customer service was terrible. How do you work at Wendy’s and not know how to make special advertised drinks. We ordered our food and they served four(4) customers who ordered after us before we got our food. Flys were everywhere and none of the condiments were stocked. The floors were so nasty, your feet stuck to the floor like walking on spilled syrup. Food was okay. Not the best experience with this Wendy’s.
