Last night I placed a order on Ubereats within one minute I canceled the order because of a mistake. When contacting Ubereats they said they can't refund the money because Wingstop had already accepted the order and that I had to contact them to get my food that I paid for. When I called and got to speak to the manager she was extremely rude interrupting me throughout the whole explanation. She claimed over and over that they didn't have my order and that she couldn't do a single thing for me. This isn't the first time having a issue with this store before, last time I ordered from there the food was dry.

I ordered food from this place by uber eats and they took almost 2 hours to get my food ready, completely unacceptable, paying so much for everything and getting it such a long time late is a complete joke.
Food and service is great but the whole set up needs to be refurbished. Very worn out. Pot holes in small parking area also.

Dear Wingstop Corporate Team,
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the behavior of the manager or supervisor or apparently “The person who runs the place” on duty at your 51 Boston Avenue location on October 12 around 6:00pm. My experience that evening to say the least, lt was deeply disappointing and raised serious concerns about the professionalism and culture of that store.
During my visit, the manager spoke to both customers and employees in a very disrespectful and confrontational manner. I personally witnessed her raise her voice at a customer for not noticing a sign that was placed very low to the ground — at a height most people would not reasonably see. She also made inappropriate comments in Spanish about another customer, which I found extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a management position.
Throughout my time there, it was clear that this manager was creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment for both guests and staff. Her behavior suggested that she believes she cannot be held accountable, This attitude, combined with her conduct, reflects poorly on the Wingstop brand and undermines the company’s reputation for good service and respect toward customers.
I am bringing this matter to your attention in hopes that it will be properly reviewed and addressed. I truly enjoy Wingstop and want to continue being a customer, but the management at this location does not reflect the standards of your company and it’s making it very difficult to step back in this location.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I would appreciate a follow-up to ensure this issue is being taken seriously.

This location is careless about the customer service because of the amount of volume they get. That's because it's no other real competition in the area so they don't worry about that aspect. The only soda machine never have ice in it and they don't bother to fix it nor do they tell you about it until after you order a drink

Ordered literally 6 boneless wings. I waited forever for them and got 6 bone in wings instead. I took the food back and told them I ordered boneless and the lady said “no you ordered regular.” I had to stare this woman dead in her eyes and say “I know for a fact I ordered boneless, I specifically mentioned that” and they gave an attitude. Now I’m sitting here AGAIN waiting forever AGAIN for 6 little chicken nuggets. The amount of time it’s taking is impressively long and I came at 3:40 on a Monday lol. It’s 4:20 (let’s laugh). Almost FOURTY MINUTES FOR 6 LITTLE CHICKEN NUGGETS!!!!! Do NOT come here. Just go literally anywhere else. Get em out of business
LONGEST WAIT TIMES. I’ve never been to a wingstop before where I had to wait almost one hour for my order until I came to this one. The soda tastes flavorless like pure water. There is always a huge crowd of customers waiting for their order and the worker can careless. In addition, you have to wait for a very long time for a worker to take your order. Never coming back. Terrible, terrible establishment I’ve been to so far. Wingstop corporate needs to investigate this establishment and change how they operate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS WINGSTOP.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. My order was supposed to be ready in 21 minutes—I even gave it extra time before arriving. When I got to the pick-up window, the manager, Isa Roma (if that’s even her real name), was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only did she not speak English clearly enough to communicate properly, but she also yelled out names without even confirming who was there to pick up what.
I left without my food due to how I was treated. When I called the restaurant to request a refund, she refused to cancel the order. This level of disrespect and poor service from a manager is completely unacceptable. She clearly needs to be retrained or replaced because this is not how customers should be treated. I also wrote to wingstop about her!
