I do ubereats here, this place was chaos. The lines were long. When it was time to get my orders a customer was rude and thought I was cutting the line and was just doing Uber. I'm not gonna have a customer food get cold and I get the bad ratings. Due to the lack of customer service and treat Uber drivers with the same respect as a regular customer we also have a job!

The service was absolutely horrendous. I didn’t want to be rude because I worked in food service but whoever served me was rude as hell and it took an hour for them to make 6 wings and fries, which were barely seasoned and had no sauce at all. Never going back to this wingstop.

I would never go back to this restaurant I waited 40 minutes for my order and when I did get my order the fries looked like they took them out of the garbage they were dry brown just disgusting and then my food was turned upside down in my bag. Just sloppy poor service. One and done!

I came to try the limited edition flavor Maple Sriracha, it had a nice kick to it but I'm not a fan of sweet sauces; so I won't get it again. Today my plain regular fries were really off; they tasted as if they were cooked with dirty oil that wasn't hot enough. Check out the photo I posted, do you agree?

It took 40 minutes to get my order and when I did the fries were nasty. I mean they looked like they took them from the garbage. They were all scattered in the bottom of the bags. The wings were so sloppy and cold. I wish I could get my $24 dollars back. It was my first time at the Bridgeport location and my very last! Oh and the chicken sandwich was turned upside down in the container and looked nothing like how I ordered it. Like I stated, I would not eat there again or recommend it to anyone else.
Love this place. You get exactly what you order. The ordering process on Uber is excellent. They know what extra crispy means! Got a large size of dip for my 20pc wings. The corn is to die for. Will continue to order with them, despise the wait.

I went to the one in Bridgeport Connecticut on Boston Avenue. I was so disappointed $35 down the drain. They were so un sanitary, not cooking with gloves, touching our food with their nasty hands I literally seen this girl take the chicken tenders with her hands and throw them right in the oil, with no gloves on it was just so disgusting the cook was actually eating the food that he’s cooking and eating it at the same time then this guy I literally see him wipe his for head with his hand and then touch the fries like really like I was so disappointed. And it was my first experience go in there, and I was excited.And I’m actually gonna call in the morning about a refund because the food was so disappointing and it was close to $40 for me and my daughter
