The ladies who made my latte order were amazing. The latte came out delicious as always, but the service stood out today because I had my kids in the car and the ladies at Aroma Joes Bristol, CT were so friendly and gracious that it made our whole day. I'm still smiling at how kind and welcoming they were. My kids speak of them very fondly. Thank you for making a positive difference in our day.
From time to time I get my energy drinks from this location. Great customer service I’ve gotten in a while. I came by this morning, and mistakes happen…I witnessed that someone else accidentally got my drink and they handed it back to one of the lovely staff.
Without hesitation she remade my order since someone else had made contact with it!
