Hometown Pizza of Bristol

1st time, and I must say pizza was EXCELLENT!! Best pizza I had in CT many boosts about New Haven pizza. I've tried many spots in New Haven, and by far, this spot hold it's own??????

Ordered and waited an hour before calling to have the call not answered, Then proceeded to contact slice which i ordered from and was told they had "missed my online order" and slice gave me a 15% discount which is fine but not their fault, Another 45 minutes to receive the order and no apology from the resturant or any kind of want to fix their mistake (no discount/Fully charged)
Will not be ordering from here again

So I received a pizza with a fly baked into the pizza, my younger siblings had noticed the fly before eating the pizza. Thank goodness.
I had called to get another pizza and they sent a burnt pizza to me.
Unfortunately, I did not get a picture of that pizza because at that point this kids just wanted to eat something.

Hopefully, if I try this place again it will be better. This was just this once. Usually my nana said they are pretty good and she is shocked that this happened.

It really depends on the day. Some days you get awesome pasta where the noodles are cooked just right, other days you get decent sauce with really overcooked noodles. I think shortening the cooking time for their noodles will do wonders, because right now this just aint it. Edit: Changed from 2 star to 3 star, because when it is good, it's really good.

My Experience: Quick service, polite, food looks like a picture took it; perfectly and I haven’t tasted it yet; so come on down and see and taste for yourselves; Because it's about to go down!!!!

Special celebration for my sister's death. 11 items I order @ $350 . Chicken bacon ranch pizza to be a white pizza..had red sauce with white on top.
3 - 48 peice of BONELESS CHICKEN. They send it on the bone. I was so disappointed. I order all the time never had a problem.

Good pizza, great selection on slices. Front of house was nice.

Parking: Parking is a small lot. I was double parked when I left I was on a motorcycle so I didn't have an issue. The other person I was with did though. Be mindful is all.

Wheelchair accessibility: Non-Automatic door. The wheelchair should be fine entering otherwise. Ground level.

I got the daily special grilled salmon caesar salad. At first I nibbled on it and wasn’t too impressed. Then I drank a fifth of tequila and that got me hooked quicker than the salmon catch!

Called and was put on hold for 16 minutes, I hung up and called back only to have the phone picked up and hung up on me.
