I came on Sunday 7/20/25, around 5:30pm. I’m specific because I want to mention the service I received from the lady at the front/kitchen. I called in for a steam fish and she hissed her teeth and hung up the phone on me saying that they don’t take orders over the phone. I drove in and to see how she handled the customers is atrocious. She’s rude and she’s very slow. It’s like she does not want to work. Someone should teach her some customer service skills.

The food was decadent! I had the brown rice and chicken with gravy. A little spicy but GOOD! Of course my favorite was the freshly bake cocoa bread. You should try it!
Tasty food. Got the jerk chicken rice and peas. The chicken was on the dryer side. Food had great flavor though.

I got the jerk pork meal, the rice was dry and the beans were overcooked or undercooked, they were stiff and not really helping the meal. The pork itself was good, but the overall meal quality is something I was worried about from the start
Pork was perfectly cooked and tasty!
2nd try of this restaurant. ISO was hoping it got better than first month it opened. I ordered the oxtail a med.order . It contained 9 bones 5 were cleaned no meat 3 were all grizzle and 1 cooked perfectly, unfortunate all were absolutely tasteless like stewed in canned gravy (awful). Worst Jamaican food I’ve eaten in US . Scoop and a half DRY RICE 1 piece of edible meat for $19. Save your money

Stopped in for lunch. Had the goat curry, rice & peas, and cabbage. Service was quick, friendly and attentive. Food was phenomenal. Goat curry was perfectly seasoned and fork tender. Cabbage was delicious. Rice & peas were really good (and I don't even like rice that much). I ordered the large and the portions were just that. When I come back I'll ask for a larger cabbage to rice ratio (standard serving was more rice than cabbage which is probably what most folks want) and I'll try the chicken.
The food here is beyond delicious! I had the ackee and saltfish with yam, dumplings and banana, callaloo with rice and it brought me back to home when my grams would make these, just extraordinarily good. It's truly an authentic Jamaican restaurant! Food makes you think of home, don't get that anywhere else! The cleanliness and customer service is superb. It's a little bit of a distance from me but I will be coming back!
