Waited in drive through for over 20 minutes with no movement whatsoever. Does anybody work here? This is a normal thing too. I don't recommend this location.

I’d go to any other McDonald’s . The service here is beyond bad. Have to repeat order atleast 3 times for them to understand and then am told to park for one McDouble . Don’t bother with this location

There was no soap in the men’s room, and no sanitizer in the dispenser either. Makes me concerned about whether the staff can wash their hands? They made a mistake on our order, and the fountain soda was 90% foam, hardly any soda. The food we got was good, though, and the service was a good speed.

If I could do negative stars I would. Tried to order my kid a cheese burger happy meal in the drive thru, the girl couldn’t figure out how to add cheese so I asked her to grab someone to help her, I also work in food, I get it. She left me sitting there for 15 min to the point that people were beeping behind me. Gave up and drove up to the window and someone above her who also could not communicate in English just kept asking me for the name on the order…that I never got to place. 🙃

This location has gone down hill drastically. Before you used to be able to come to the drive thru order your food go to window 1 pay go to window 2 get food be on your way. But now every with no one here or in the drive thru or in line at all they tell you to park in the curbside spots and wait for your food every time. This is getting ridiculous if I wanted a sit down meal to wait for I would go to a restaurant. We are only given 30 minute meal breaks from work and yet 15 of them are waiting for FAST FOOD. The other mcdonalds in terryville or on rt6 in bristol have their food ready for their customers. I don't know what happened to this location but yall need to fix this. I even went ahead this time and ordered on the app so I could pick up and go and even still got out in the wait spot for 15 minutes . Unacceptable

My Co worker and I, take turns to stop by this place to pick up egg Mcmuffins every week at 5am. It is all ways a challenge to place your order. From waiting at the speaker for several minutes or you have to spell out your order or it takes to long

Terrible customer service. Including the management. They didn't give us our shake, they literally fought it for 20 minutes!. Showed the proof and oh low and behold it does exist like we said. Absolutely ridiculous the argument she attempted to have..we have no reason to lie about a shake. Asked for a larger size since we had to drive back and waste 20 minutes explaining to them that they're wrong, but they act like it's directly affecting their pockets.
This isn't the first time they've wasted my time. I've had an employee go inside and back to the parking lot 3 times while I was parked and forget my drink every time. Obviously I just decided to go in, wasn't a big deal but with the way the manager acted tonight.. I see why there are so many mishaps. I will drive the extra few minutes to go to Farmington ave if i needed to.
I can understand that you deal with disgruntled people all day but I mean.. your job just isn't that hard. Especially not by making a shake.

Ordered a nugget and fry and the person who took my order was very kind, however at the pickup window they tried handing me someones order two different times and then told me to park, when they approached my car they still had the wrong order, they then brought me a different order which is now the 4th time and it was still wrong, the employees are very short and not very welcoming, also alot of the staff speak primarily Spanish so the language barrier is very difficult to get around when trying to express concerns
