The girl didn't give me my 3 doallers an fifty cents back cus she closed the draw , so she had to get a manager to open draw.. she took 17 minutes an she wasn't busy cus I saw her standing there in the back.. she wouldn't make eye contact or look back an say I'll be right there.. she just carried on with her conversation with another employee.. I already got my food. Finally I said hey is she coming an the girl just shrugged her shoulders. I'm telling you it's like this every time an the only reason I go back is because I live on that side of town.. for real read the other reviews.. lol there is not one good one one

How do you forget to put syrup with a hotcakes order? Let's not also forget that ever since Monopoly came out, this location NEVER has Monopoly pieces on any of their items when I order. Fast food, but makes you wait in the parking space for your order. This place needs new management.

It is an average McDonalds, can’t expect too much by today’s standards unfortunately. The only real good thing about this location is that it is normally less busy in the drive thru than the other mcds in town. Otherwise, very mediocre and susceptible to long waits, especially in the mornings and during peak hours. It is in downtown Bristol so sometimes the other customers are a little unruly but that is nothing new for the downtown area. If you want McDonald’s, you will get McDonald’s.

Every unprofessional management especially one of the mangers named Claudia,this mc Donald’s still continues doing the same mistakes and do nothing about it at all, they just keep on getting more of the same complaints which shows how much the mangers care that they don’t do nothing different, they always have people waiting for long then sometimes forget about the parked customers and give out cold food and just not clean enough while cooking they just rush and give you old food most of the time that you could tell it’s been sitting out not fresh at all, this mc Donald’s have down down hill needs to shut down or get new management to make it a better fast food again and the associates don’t get enough credit for all they do especially the young ones I seen one time a young associate with one manager running morning and they was short staff and it was so busy and the manger had the associate taking orders inside plus drive through plus drinks basically doing a lot of things just for one person while the manger didn’t do much just stand there which I don’t agree with that I used to come a lot of times but won’t be coming no more food not worth it and the wait is just horrible all the time, the drive through could be empty and they’ll still make you park and give you cold food really don’t recommend no more l

Been there 3 times first time I went inside witness a manager by the name of Claudia speaking very disrespectful to a young associate, second time in the drive-through this same manager Giving me attitude and rushing me to complete my order. She is very disrespectful and she should lead other associates by a sample , Third time bathroom were disgusted. And something that concerns me a lot how have a seen associates working without gloves in the fries area shouldn’t associate have gloves at all times while being in the kitchen area . But I will appreciate this so called Claudia to be more professional & respectful. And the waiting time is crazy
The place is okay, but honestly, the number of fruit flies is disgusting. It seems they don't clean their tables or floors. I waited for a large iced tea for about 10 to 20 minutes. Other than that, the food is pretty good.
