Ordered at 5:30 delivery was 45 min. Large cheese pizza, meatball Parm grinder, turkey club deluxe, chicken tenders and fries. All cold and soggy like they forgot it, we had to call. Delivered at 7. I usually like this restaurant but the delivery guy said "traffic" when it's 7 minutes away. Apologies not accepted, they could have called and made fresh meals. Sad...$67.50 wasted. Disappointed

I just tried their Pizza the owner himself waited on me and he was the nicest person and I really appreciate that and the pizza was excellent. I will definitely be back and I have a list of things I'm going to try I highly suggest this place.

Just had the calzone and a small pizza. Plus cheese cake. Everything was Excellent, Fantastic. Much better than pizza house and I have been eating it for over 50 years. Hats off to the owner.. Everything was top notch.. Thank you sir.

So many pizza places in the area between Bristol and Plainville, and this has been our go to. Pizza is very fresh and flavorful, and they don’t skimp on toppings. Wings are very good as well. Always ready quick and on time. Service is good and the owner is always pleasant.
Ordered an Italian combo grinder that was a wish sandwich to the first degree, so little meat I was hardly able to taste it, the bread was the type of bread they serve in a institution, ordered oil and vinegar, tasted absolutely no oil or vinegar, ordered buffalo wings, they came dry with no wing sauce, after I left I felt like I threw my hard earned money down the sewer, the worse food I’ve had in the past several years

Pizza was good. Was disappointed that the pizza had almost no cheese on it. I could imagine having to pay extra for more cheese and it might not be enough ??♂️I would say out of many pizza I’ve tried in Bristol pizza plaza had the least cheese. I mainly taste the tomato sauce and the bread which was good actually. I would’ve give it 5 stars but close to giving 3 stars, but the little cheese which turn out like a tomato pizza I had to add Parmesan cheese just to help it. I think they should have more cheese.
