Since about a month orders are coming out wrong when i pick up from the drivethru. And when you go in inside the next day for a correction they talk about your order and make sure to give it 15 minutes later than you would have received thru the drivethru

Is been my worst day of today, my order was missing meat and lettuce, half of my chicken quesadilla have no chicken or cheese on it, plus the chips and guacamole was missing on my order and because I went home to eat I’m not going back out , but horrible food service and preparation you need to do better, no ones wants food without meat.
One of the best Taco Bells around IMO. The workers there are so sweet even when taking orders late at night. Whoever was working at 2:30 am Wednesday December 4th need a raise ASAP!!!!

Went to the drive through and had a large order for multiple people. Total of 12 items and after coming home more almost 20 minutes away we found out that we received only 8 items.
Since the start of this year this location has been getting steadily worse. For a while they were ignoring alterations to food orders all together, making me have to return to get the food fixed. Then the Online Craving Box was removed from the menu on April first. It has come back a few times, and is currently back, but now service is insanely slow and they've increased their up charge on altering items. Just yesterday evening, I pulled up to the drive through with 6 cars ahead of me. I got there around 6:10, it took until 6:35 to get my food.
This location needs to figure out what they're doing. Of prices are going to keep increasing, maybe you should offer more money to hire better employees.

This is our local Taco Bell if you live in the Bristol area. If you’re visiting Taco Bell, there isn’t much to expect, but the classics remain the staples. It’s delicious, it’s the same, it’s for when you’re feeling like you need to fill the void, it’s does the trick, it’s where people go all at the same time, all for the same reason, and this location does it exactly the way you would expect from Taco Bell.
