This place really needs an overhaul of employees, management or something. Having a customer wait for 5 minutes at the speaker (with no cars in front of them) to order and never saying anything to them is so unprofessional and just plain rude. I don’t ended up leaving without ordering and when I drove past the window there were multiple people working, laughing with each other. Food is usually pretty good but I’m tired of the practically non existent customer service gamble I play every time I go there.
This location is pathetic they cannot do more than one thing at once. If you're there to pick up an online order for somebody don't try to place an order for yourself they cannot do it. You go to other restaurants and they're able to do more than one thing at once. Not this place. Don't even waste your time.
