Staff was very rude when I showed them they missed giving me 2 of my sets if nuggets- without ever leaving the counter. I was patient but he continued to yell at me until showed him my receipt. Service was also slow. I saw the same person be very rude to other staff & customers.

I work near by and i come here for lunch on break and the laddies and gentlemen here always give me hands down the best customer service, today i witnessed a customer come in and berate the staff and they handled her professionally and gracefully, I just want to thank the staff for being so kind to everyone no matter who the customer is, they don’t deserve to be yelled at and they were so graceful with the irate customer, MAJOR props to the staff here. Keep doing what you guys do. You guys are awesome!

This is the worst wendy’s I have ever been to, the orders were messed up big time. Not one item, not two items, but three items. The order machine was not working messed up the payment two times, my sister got charged for two extra drinks instead of the original 3, we ordered biggie bags, but got charged for separate items instead, charging my sister for each INDIVIDUAL ITEM, now I do not recommend this place, take the 10 minutes or 20 minutes to go to another wendy’s do not give them your time or money! The workers here do not listen!

Hippest Secrets

Not sure who the old Hispanic lady was but she was completely RUDE. During lunch hour I placed a mobile order thru drive through on the Wendys app. She kept claiming it was through doordash and told me I couldn't go through drive through. I told her it was mobile, showed her my Wendys app order and she proceeded to say she didn't care. Get this lady fired please.

I have given this location too many chances. Today i ordered a Baconator meal, medium, with fries and a coke. The only thing edible was the coke. The baconator had only one old, dry patty, old cheese that was already forming a skin, and a few crumbles of way overcooked bacon. The fries were soggy and tasted old. This was my last time going to this location. The only thing I would recommend would be to get as far from this location as possible.
