My meal was supposed to come with two sauces. He tries to charge me for one when two come with the meal. Owner needs a new manager

Quick stop for lunch. It served its purpose. The bun was hard, the nuggets were soggy, and the fries were cold and salty.

Food was dry and didn’t taste right. Sweet & Sour might have helped but they got rid of that! The order taker had an attitude and couldn’t answer any of my questions (such as what is there signature sauce). They also changed the lettuce on the sandwiches which sucks. Went inside to get a juice box I forgot to order and had to wait over 5 minutes for it and would have been longer if I didn’t stop someone to grab it for me.

They'll completely discontinue sauces and just replace it without telling you you're not getting what you ordered.

Never go to this Wendy's in the morning. First bad experience you have a manager who doesn't want to greet you, touching his nose, his face, then wants to bag people's food with his dirty disgusting hands telling the one worker he'll do it get away.
Second attempt today I go there for breakfast & the same manager yet again doesn't want to greet me but hey at least he didn't touch his face & put some gloves on taking out the trash. Whatever I can move on from a simple greeting gesture.... I go to the counter to get my food which was the seasoned potatoes. The lady who got my food didn't have gloves on & proceeded to get the food with no gloves touching the register & everything else that she can.
I felt the seasoned potatoes & they were cold & hard. I'm not going to eat this food because I don't think these workers here know how to wash their hands & put gloves on. If you can't do something as simple as that I can't trust you with anything else.
The night time experience is always a lot better for me. Save yourself some time & make your own breakfast at home like I should've, or go somewhere else because they absolutely suck in the morning as it was a waste of time & money.
I don't like to write reviews as I'm in the industry myself but they can't even follow the simplest of guidelines to handle food time after time & should be called out for it.

Food was cold.Girl named Kiara ripped me off with that damn 1$ book of coupons .had no clue I had to buy something to use it .i wanted to exchange a drink I got for a cookie and she still owed me 1$ and some change . She should of gave me another cookie additional to make up for the small drink I returned!

On September 12th at 10:00 p.m. I picked up a chicken wrap the worst thing I've ever eaten in my life it was dry and it was absolutely disgusting I called to complain about it and yet nobody seemed to care

Food was luke warm service was slow. The floors were sticky. I did like their 2 for 4 options.

Staff was very rude when I showed them they missed giving me 2 of my sets if nuggets- without ever leaving the counter. I was patient but he continued to yell at me until showed him my receipt. Service was also slow. I saw the same person be very rude to other staff & customers.
