Ordered on line today for store pickup went to get order said no order received, then they said order picked up by Door Dash. Went home no order check credit card charged for order. Then I called twice and just let phone ring finally some one picked up asked for Manager who was just as rude as window person if it was the manager. He said they found the order and would redo if I came back to pick it up so I did. Order bacon double burger, no bacon no cheese ice cold and no bigger than a child's burger, fries were ice cold. The worst burger and fries I ever had.

Good quality has dropped dramatically. Used to be one of the better fast food options. Not anymore. This is chain wide. Nothing specific about this store.

Maybe when you can actually figure out how to read an order and actually put it all in the bag your reviews can come up alittle bit lack luster service usually mess up orders and hard to find someone there that isn't actually rude also gave me expired croutons and an open dressing pack thanks for going above and beyond to make sure this meal was horrible!

While visiting this locations drive-thru service, the employees were polite, welcoming, informed and preformed their jobs/duties quick and accurately with quality made and fresh food. Any time I am in the area and hungry, I will definitely put this location at the top of my list to visit.
