First experience when the just opened was good food but the order had a small error that I thought would be corrected the next time I came in.
Second experience, food went down hill a fair bit. The chicken tasted as if it had been sitting around for a while may not have been made that day. May have been reheated. The quality went down a bit.
I had told the manager about the error in prior order and he said not much he could do as too much time had passed. I told him ok.
Disappointing and disappointed from today experience.
Not sure if I will come back but may be willing to give it another go… we will see

Ordered a 5pc tender off door dash. Showed up missing a chicken tender/with only 4 in it. Okay no biggy, checked off extra cook time on the fries. Fries were an absolute literal undercooked pile of mush. Cool. Ordered a sprite for a drink, showed up tasting like club soda (need to change syrup in the dispenser) I’m not one to complain but when literally everything in my order was wrong, aside from missing food, down to a watery soda…I’m going to be upset. And to boot, this was my first time ordering here

Have had wing stop plenty of times and glad to see one opening in my home town. The food was delicious. Sauces were great, wings were tender and still nice and hot. I deduct one star as we ordered the 20 wing meal deal. We did the 10 classic and 10 boneless. However, we were given 9 classic and 11 boneless. Not necessarily a huge deal but seeing as though classic wings are more expensive I felt a little “cheated”.
Other than that mistake, the food was great, service was friendly, instantly greeted when I walked in and food was ready when it said.
Parking - this location is located on a busy plaza. Shopping and a gym that everyone in the area goes too. I was happy to see designated parking for people picking up wing stop.

Food was good. Got some tenders and fries. However it took 20 minutes to get our food. It was packaged to go even though we said we were eating there. I’m not sure if that’s the norm and in the bag were no forks or napkins. No forks on the counter to grab and while we were there 3 other people were asking for forks. Maybe it’s a training issue-but, if I order food and don’t have a way to eat it-I’m gonna be mad. They also don’t have a garbage can. But they have tables to eat in. Kind of weird.

I had such a fantastic time at Wingstop Bristol while heading to New Britain! Their yummy Voodoo Fries and Cajun Corn were absolutely delicious. Plus, the staff were doing an amazing job. I really love the food and the store environment. ❤️😋😋
