Alfie is, without a doubt, the best bartender in Danbury! His drinks are always fresh, creative, and so delicious. Aside from his exceptional bartending skills, Alfie’s humor and warm personality makes everyone feel so welcomed and at home. Bar Naan is already fantastic, but Alfie takes the experience to a whole new level!
The food was pretty good, but nothing extraordinary. The waiter made a big deal about it being "indian" spice levels, but our food had minimal spice. I like that they have some chaat options. However, my take away is that it's quite overpriced for what it is. You can get much better food for less money at other places (Sherkaan in New Haven for example).
Had an AWESOME time at BarNaan, on a Sunday night! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Our server turned out to be one of the owners and she was absolutely delightful. Would recommend to anyone wanting to taste some excellent Indian food in a restaurant with great atmosphere. The decorations are tasteful and authentic, yet are modern and chic. The chicken biryani was very tasty and the signature drinks were to die for.
