The burger and fries are good but one of the most important person is the person taking orders and at the Register. They should be more friendly and less distracted. I waited 10 minutes for one cash register to take my order because she was handling and bagging DoorDash orders. Then she didn’t speak English. Why hire these type of people to be at the register. No wonder this Wendy is always empty. Learn from Chick-fil-A. They are busy because of their superb customer service.
