I am here now. My daughter wanted an upgrade for a blizzard. They weren’t able to do so, which was OK. However, when I was confused as to what they were offering, the manager gave a look like I was a bother not understanding. I would’ve walked out, but my daughter really wanted it. I kept my mouth shut. Terrible job and shameful.
