Service took a nose dive ever since the manager of 20+ years left. The drive-thru wait time is horrible. You can grow coffee beans faster than it takes to go through this drive-through. I thought I could save time by ordering inside. Instead, there were people standing around waiting for their food. One woman was complaining that she was still waiting after 30 minutes!! I suggest staying away from this particular Duncan.
Please please teach them how to make a lite & sweet coffee. They did this in the old place also, nothing like ordering and you drive away,get to work and theres nothing sweet about it.

They're always getting my order wrong I have to repeat myself loudly and clearly each time about my order and they still get it wrong they're either understaffed or just plain incompetent also it takes them double the amount of time to get your order ready then it does at other Dunkin'
