We are for women who live in different states, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, who meet for friendly visits at 445. We have never been disappointed by the food nor the service. We comfortably sit and talk without feeling the need to leave early. On our recent visit, we were served by Marisa. who is helpful , friendly and just a pleasure. We had an awful experience there tonight. Had reservations for 7pm (party of 5 with 1 kid included) which was fine, got right in to our table. But then waited 45 minutes before any waitress walked over and talked to us. Took our drink, appetizer and food order at the same time. Drinks came out and then kids dinner. Waited another 20 minutes and no appetizer. We even had to ask about it. That came out and then took a while for our food. Food was bland, no flavor. No one finished...read full review
