Was here 11/11 @ 8:30am-waited exactly 18 minutes inside while new employee struggled to take my 2 drink orders and prepare. I understand learning on the job, but perhaps an acknowledgment to the customer such as “thank you for your patience. I am sorry for the delay as she is training” NOT “oh well they have to learn some time”….As you shout instructions how to make a $6.00+ beverage while mopping the floor. You can expect to dish out four dollars for an extra large hot coffee here, more than a 30% increase from their prices a year ago, and a dollar more expensive than other Dunkin' Donuts locations in the area... and the drink you paid $4 for will likely be a cup of scalding hot, flavorless brown water. You're much better off making your own coffee than wasting your money here.

I just stopped in this Dunkin' Donuts for the first time last week, the first week of October of 2023. The store near me, never has what I want they're always out of it or they only get certain things on certain days. When I went to the Brooklyn Dunkin' Donuts, I found they had apple cinnamon filled donuts everyday. The one that I go to, doesn't, they only have them on Saturdays. I'd say it's a win-win for Brooklyn.
