Horrible customer service. 30 minute wait time in the drive thru. Order incorrect then they told me to pull over while they corrected and left me waiting for an additional 16 minutes till I finally gave up and drove away. All while I am watching the cars in line behind me served and drive off.

Brooklyn McDonald's hasn't given me an issue or messed up an order in a long time. Nice employees whenever I go during the night. The company as a whole needs to fix their quality though because the prices they are charging now they need to step it up.

Every time I order from this place my order is never right. When the slip says no cheese it means no cheese. Also when packaging these orders make sure all the food is in the bag...I didn't pay over 4$ for a sandwich to not have it be in the bag.

If you have IBS don't go here. There's nothing on the menu you can eat. Good is just tossed together without care. They mess up our order every time we go so we stopped.

The service here is terrible. If you go inside to order, they'll completely ignore you and will leave you standing at the counter endlessly. The only way to get served is to go through the drive-thru... and the drive-thru line moves agonizingly slowly.
