Always a project trying to get food got this location. Either the wait's too long or the food comes out wrong, you guaranteed to get one or the other.
They forgot my large order of French fries. This is the second time this has happened to me

McDonald's is a kid-friendly restaurant with plenty of parking and easy wheelchair accessibility. The staff, especially the night shift team, are extremely friendly and pleasant. Recently, customers have praised the workers for their helpfulness and knowledge. One customer highlighted a wonderful worker who quickly guided them through an app issue, making their experience pleasant. Another customer appreciated the drive-thru employee who answered questions fully and made suggestions for their order. While the quality of food could be improved to match the prices, the Brooklyn location has consistently delivered correct orders and good service, with workers going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The interior may be typical for a McDonald's, but the service has left a strong positive impression on customers.
