I normally don't review fast food establishments but I thought the service and quality of this one warranted one. Just a quick run through the drive thru but individual working the window was very personable and pleasant and the food was hot and extremely fresh. Great spot if your in the area.

I heeded your advice. I read the reviews and apparently, it was true that they lost 2 different mobile orders while we were there. Neither were ours as we went to the counter to order. The staff were very friendly and professional. I would def return. Just don't do a mobile order prior to getting there.

McDonald's is a kid-friendly restaurant with plenty of parking and easy wheelchair accessibility. The staff, especially the night shift team, are extremely friendly and pleasant. Recently, customers have praised the workers for their helpfulness and knowledge. One customer highlighted a wonderful worker who quickly guided them through an app issue, making their experience pleasant. Another customer appreciated the drive-thru employee who answered questions fully and made suggestions for their order. While the quality of food could be improved to match the prices, the Brooklyn location has consistently delivered correct orders and good service, with workers going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The interior may be typical for a McDonald's, but the service has left a strong positive impression on customers.
