Charming-Thai Restaurant Burlington

Expected more with the high ratings. The two pad thais we ordered were greasy, flavorless and lacking in vegetables aside from the occasional leek chunk. These dishes lack any kind of freshness and the sauces also taste artificial and cheap.

It is by far the worst Thai food we've ever had.

Great menu options, the food was delicious, and the service was perfect. Their pineapple fried rice is amazing. Highly recommended and I can't wait to go back.

It's disappointing that thai is in the name. Their thai dishes were not the best. The crab Rangoons and Ramen were pretty good. This place is definitely more Chinese forward.

Excellent ?? I just had the most delicious dinner there, i’m not even sure what I ordered lol just what the special was when I walked in, I actually got the order to go, but it was awesome, I can’t wait to go back and have the very same thing lol. Clean restaurant , excellent service , very friendly I highly recommend this restaurant ??

I recently had occassion to take members of my family to "Charming - Thai. The service was great...attentive and helpful. The meal presentation was beautiful. The shrimp and duck were cooked to perfection. The curry was delicious and properly spiced. Each dish offered flavors second to none.

You simply could not ask for a better dining experience.

I came here with family for dinner and had an amazing experience. The menu has lots of options for various tastes and the staff and kitchen are aware of and very accommodating to dietary restrictions, whether it be due to allergies or lifestyle choices such as vegan/vegetarianism. The meals are plated beautifully and have wonderful flavor. The staff is attentive and helpful, checking in frequently to make sure all needs are met. The atmosphere is calm and inviting and the staff is friendly and caring. 5/5 stars for all meals we ate tonight, and an extra special 5/5 stars for the sticky rice with mango dessert!

Vegetarian options: Dishes that have you pick a protein offer vegetables and tofu as options. There are descriptions of each meal on the menu. If you have a question about specific ingredients, the servers are happy to answer your questions and will ask the kitchen staff if they are unsure.

Dietary restrictions: The staff is very accommodating of dietary restrictions. I told my server that I cannot have dairy or eggs and she made sure I knew which noodles or ingredients contained these allergens so I could avoid them. Additionally, they can leave ingredients out when possible, such as leaving the egg out of Udon noodle dishes.

This is such an amazing spot, the food is always made to perfection, the service is great and the atmosphere is so cozy. I highly recommend it, meals to note are the red curry, pad Thai and the Thai tea is some of the best I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious and always worth it!

Lemongrass was our favorite Chinese restaurant and we were devastated when it closed. We gave this place a try and we think this place is actually better! The owners are super friendly and the food is amazing. Usually we get Thai in Bristol but now we will be heading here. Definitely give this place a try!

This place is incredible!!! Not only is the food hot, fresh and tasty but the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. My husband and I got takeout and were sitting outside in the shade and an employee came out and brought us water. The best Thai place I’ve ever experienced!

I ordered the massaman curry and would definitely recommend it! Very flavorful and the vegetables were perfectly cooked. I ordered it to go and decided on a bubble tea when there picking up. Lots of options, very tasty, and quickly prepared. I'll definitely be coming back!

Delicious and very well made food. Service was fantastic and very pleasant! They even have bubble tea!
