“We arrived to some nice scenery outside & the decorations inside are beautiful, the staff were so nice! The food was delicious, and we were not rushed at all. The greenhouse is so toasty with heat, not uncomfortable either! Our waitress, Allie, most loveliest person I’ve ever met, you could tell she is there because she enjoys people. Absolutely will visit again! The atmosphere, the staff, the food, all excellent!”

“Stopped in an emergency as I needed something to eat ASAP. The young man behind the counter (9/7/22 around noon) was one of the most pleasant people I’ve run into in a long time. He genuinely acted like he was thrilled to serve you. Super pleasant, kind and attentive. Thank you!Also the sandwich was fantastic.”

His greeting was super friendly and clever, giving us a nice laugh and made us feel happy we stopped at this Dunkin. Too often at many Dunkins the greetings are harsh and unfriendly, so Liam was an excellent example of someone who enjoys bringing joy to the customers and being friendly and kind. That makes a huge difference to the customer experience! Thank you Liam!!”

“WOW!!!! I lived in France for 8 years and have traveled through much of Europe……Bounom is hands down the VERY BEST bakery that I have ever been to!!!! My mother and I are fairly accomplished cooks and bakers so are very aware of quality……..we do not eat grocery store pastries….they may be convenient and less expensive but are very poor quality……Kamla makes everything by hand with top quality ingredients the morning that they are sold…..basically, you get what you pay for!!!!!! Top quality ingredients are expensive! You can order online the day before to make sure that you are able to get what you want, they often sell out early. If you want discount store prices, then go to the discount store……Bounom products are EXCEPTIONAL and very much worth the price!!!!! In addition the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!!!! My NUMBER ONE RECOMMENDATION for a bakery !!!! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to their wonderful goodies!!! I would give them 10 stars if I were able!!!”

Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection.Their made in house soups, beet chic pea burgers, grain bowls, burgers, Plainville chicken sandwich, onion rings, fresh cut fries are all fantastic! The restaurant is always clean and the people are super friendly.”

“Honestly so good. Tried to come on Christmas from the social media posts but yall were sold out of food! The best problem to have. I have been itching to come since, I am so far from disappointed. The staff was so friendly, spoke with one of the owners- he was so friendly and easy to chat with truly wish we could have talked longer! He explained his wife does the majority of the cooking and you can taste how homemade it all really is with each bite. The desserts were also delicious. Will absolutely be coming back- so upset it took me so long to try this place. Will be recommending it to anyone who likes Thai food or even wants to try Thai food.”

The service was amazing, and the owners were lovely. I couldn't finish everything so the owner packed it up with some extra wasabi, ginger, and chopsticks like we were getting takeout.
