“Large order placed at 1:15 on Sunday afternoon,was told 35 minutes,ok. Got there at 2, order wasn't ready until 2:45. Warm food was done first,hot dogs cooked in the microwave, cold food done last. Also she took an order, while I was standing there whating for mine,and completed that order... wtf. On top of this cluster f_&k she had no clue how to use a cash register. I’ve been coming here for about two years, and in the past, I’ve dealt with so many problems—bad attitudes, issues with orders, and even inconsistent opening times. But lately, things feel different! For the past week, my wife and I have been stopping here every morning before work, and the improvement is clear. The biggest plus? It’s actually open on time! That was never a guarantee before, but now, it’s a reliable stop to start the day. This morning, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming man who even made conversation about the weather while we waited for my wife to locate her card. It was such a nice change from the usual experience—and definitely better than having the window slammed in our faces! It’s refreshing to see the effort being put in, and I hope this positive change continues. Thank you for some hope Robert! Keep it up!”
