There donuts at this store have gone down hill since new management took over. Ordered a jelly donut and they forget to put the jelly in it another donut I ordered had maybe had 12 sprinkles on it. They always screw something up and make you wait forever in line.

PSA for anyone gonna go there don’t waste your time or your money It’s really not worth it. This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I asked for a large light ice. They said yes then charged me for it, They gave me a half empty coffee. After I paid and then I told the woman I’m not gonna pay for a half empty coffee at full price, so I asked for a refund the manager got Mad that I asked for a refund instead of filling up the rest of the coffee that I had paid for she walked away. 🫥I then told another worker that I want my money back The worker gave me a refund and then I said, or you could charge me for a medium and just pour What you gave me for a large into the medium cup to compromise. I watched her pour the half of what was still left of the drink into the sink. Then fill a medium cup up half way 😭😭😭😭😭 She then tried to charge me full price for half empty medium cup. like girl I literally just watched you pour it down the sink. I told her no I’m not paying for air then just decided to walk away.🙏🏻 save yourself the trouble. Personally, I’ve never had this happen at any other Dunkin so I really do think this is just a management problem at the Burlington Dunkin.

The service and food were fine. I'm questioning why I can't get the meal deal with my preferred caffeinated beverage (tea) ? Seems super silly doesn't it? Maybe they could work on that, you know, customer satisfaction and all.

Prices are crazy & literally rise non-stop. I frequent Dunkin ALOT...lol & pay a different price almost every time I go. Whether it's bc the price went up again or it's a different store w/higher prices 🤔 I'm sorry, but $3.25 for a medium coffee @ Dunkin is ridiculous
