The window to order and receive ice cream is around the side of the building. Next to a cute market and the tavern's Togo window.
Ice cream flavors are typical and taste delicious. Decent prices.
The staff were mostly kind but seemed a little frazzled (wondering if it was just a long day for them?).
The outdoor patio area overlooking the pond was charming to sit on and enjoy our after dinner dessert.
Probably would not come back, but if you are in the area and are craving ice cream, this is your stop.
Editing to add: it is cash only, but there is an atm inside.

Note that it is CASH ONLY.The coconut and coffee ice creams were both great!… however the pumpkin was either old or just not good. It was very gummy and looked almost like a melted cheese pull. I couldn’t finish it.Hopefully this was a fluke. I will review again if I go back In the future.
Excellent ice cream. Wonderful deli and beautiful surroundings with a pond and ducks for the kids to see. Prices are as expected today but you get your monies worth. We go there often. Good parking too..
Very pricey for a skimpy serving of ice-cream. Really disapointed. Good flavors.
The Peanutbutter pie ice cream was really Good.Great spot to sit and eat ice cream as well.
I love this spot. It’s a convenient stop whenever I am in the area and everyone I’ve spoken to there is so nice. :)
My husband chose this restaurant, as it was on our list to try, to celebrate our 34th wedding Anniversary. He did a great job!! The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was great.
Four of us went to celebrate my sister’s birthday. My brother-in-law’s steak was cooked just right, though very fatty and his mashed potatoes were instant potatoes… strange for a $33 charge. He also ordered French onion soup, we reminded our waitress prior to the meal coming out, but it arrived half-way through. My steak tips were blackened, and dry and the risotto that came with it was chewy, not creamy as mentioned on the menu. They later brought me a Caesar salad. Croutons were flavorless and the dressing was missing flavor. My sister had short ribs, the meat was good, the pasta was heavy. Overall a disappointing dinner. Service was just adequate.
I stopped in to get fresh corn on the cob. Noticed a special for Pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw, cheese, pickles & beans at $8.99. Decided to get it along with corn & have at home for supper. I was livid when I opened the wrapper / sandwich.!! Guess how much "pulled pork" was in it.? ZERO !!! If I wanted a BEAN SANDWICH I could have purchased a can of B & M at supermarket.!! $8.99 for beans & barely any coleslaw too!! Will not go back & do not recommend going there. Should have stopped at the fire dept chicken BBQ at least I would have gotten meat !!!

We entrusted the Greenhouse Tavern for a family funeral luncheon and were treated like part of their family. They paid attention to every detail to make a very difficult day peaceful and comfortable. Every dish on the buffet luncheon was delicious, and pleased a very diverse crowd. We highly recommend the Greenhouse Tavern for events, catering, or a private meal in a beautiful setting.
We wanted a nice casual dinner for a party of nine. It was a nightmare! Our waitress was perfectly lovely but after asking several times our food came out an hour and a half later! To make it even worse the food was cold. The remedy was to offer everyone a free drink. Not acceptable and will never return. No one even seemed apologetic
Nope. I am not going to let them get away with charging $7,50 for a 12 ounce glass Guiness. I won't be back.
Awesome icecream and Beautiful views.
Kind of pricey sandwich kind of skimpy, very clean and neat
