Bring cash! However, your drive will be worth it! The hot dogs and the pricing are so worth it, the owner is not all bubbly but I don’t care and that doesn’t deter me from paying a visit a few times a season. His chili cheese dogs are so good!
Parking: The hut is in a very small dirt parking lot, expect to be in and out. The owner keeps it moving and people don’t stay too long.

This is a nice place to stop for a hotdog if you are out and about in the route 4 area of Burlington, CT. Kyle is a nice guy, and his dogs are tasty. He has chips and beverages to help wash it down. It is a little place, but worth the stop.

I just like this hot dog hut. It's a fast break if you are driving on Rt 4 in Burlington. The dogs are quality brands and delicious. All sorts of toppings are available. Dining is al-fresco: at a picnic table in wooded shade or in your car. If you are interested, you might ask about the history of this spot and the cabin next to Kyle's simple trailer. Kyle will fill you in. There's a variety of dogs available and a $5 lunch special. Service is quick, though a line may form. This is a reliable spot.
Parking: There's plenty of room to park on the property surrounding the hut. Just pull off the road. Look for the picnic table if you wish.

Great little hotdog stand located on RT 4 and Lyon Rd near Lewis S. Mills HS. I loved my hotdog with sauerkraut and onion’s because it was hot and was of quality meat. Plus, you can’t beat the $5 price for a hotdog, drink, and a bag of chips. I sit on the picnic table with my lunch and watch the world drive by. Five Stars!

The heavenly service at this fine establishment is truly unparalleled. To this day, I can feel the incredible warm spirit of the owner coursing through my veins. The foot-long chili cheese dog, chips, and a drink special for only $5 is truly gourmet incarnate. I truly would recommend anyone thirsting for a juicy dog or just a cold drink to stop by for an incredible experience!

After driving quite a ways to find a local establishment in Burlington, I stopped at this cute little hot dog stand.. I ordered a basic chili dog which was excellent ..just what I needed to get back on the road and find my destination.
