Used to be our favorite pizza joint. The food has gone downhill in the last few months. My Hawaiian pizza a few weeks ago had sparse and soggy bacon bits instead of nice crispy pieces. My last order was cold and soggy, and they didn't leave out the olives or tomatoes out of my salad as I asked. It also took a very long time to get here. I called asking where it was (because it had been over an hour) and they were "just finishing up". Ten minutes later, it arrived cold! Clearly they made it and forgot about it.

As of March 2024 with new owners the place has gone downhill especially the quality. Ordered a pizza on Saturday and it looked and tasted like high-school cafeteria pizza. Prior to this the new ownership the pizza used to be great. Now it tastes like a cheap pizza.

Just moved my parents into the town so wanted to try something close and local. Per the website they prefer customers to use the Slice app so I did that. Ordering was easy especially when it came to customization. We needed it delivered since we were tied up with moving etc. Took a loooong time and was delivered a good 15 minutes after the estimated time (was a 45 min wait for the pizza and delivery). Keep in mind.... Drop off location was less than 4 miles from the shop. That was the only frustrating thing- next time we will 1000% pick up to save time. The pizzas themselves were great! The cheeseburger pizza is my personal favorite but we got the Works and a plain cheese. No complaints with the food.

My friend recommended this place so me and my husband stopped in on a Sat. We were graciously taken care of by the lady at the front counter. We actually sat outside because it was a warm winter day. Let me tell you the pizza was absolutely amazing. It was the best New York style pizza I've ever had. I wish we had one of these near where we live but we will definitely be making the trip back again soon.

They make one of the best gluten free pizzas around. My favorite is sausage with cherry peppers and ricotta! Great delivery service!
Love sorentos. My worst days of the week are monday and tuesday because they arnt open… The cooks always follow my instructions of extra thin and crispy! The delivery drivers are super friendly and personable. I have never had a bad experience with them! Go get yourself a meal!

Thin Italian pizza crust, quite unique, I liked it, thin and firm. I had a small hamburger, onions and banana peppers. Important facts, try to find an Italian pizzeria in this area that has hamburg not meatballs and I challenge you to find one that offers banana peppers. I thought it was close to perfect! Debbie had an 8" Chicken Vodka Grinder, she immediately said she wished she got the 12". She loved it. She's going to order more vodka sauce on the next one. A definite well earned recommendation.

We order from Sorrento’s quite often, and have been for several years. The pizza and other food items are always fresh, hot, and consistent. Delivery is generally very quick from time of order.

The pizza was itself was ok. I was unable to enjoy it due to the state of the crust, it was burnt beyond recognition. I like a char on my crust but I was unable to eat it, even with marinara to dip it in. I have went here two times, and both times had the same level of burntness.
