It will cost you TWENTY DOLLARS for a sandwich, chips, and a drink. At pretty much any deli in Connecticut you can get that for like 10-15 dollars, and the sandwiches at literally anywhere else are 100000 times better. Subway has NOT fresh meat and on top of that they only give you like 3 slices. It's ridiculous. I hope this place closes and Subway goes out of business so we can have actual decent places replace it.

Used to come here but will not be anymore. On 7/30/23 at around 7:30pm I came in ordered 2 sandwiches. Don’t know this excuse for an employees name but they were a freckled red head girl. Had her friends in the restaurant and kept giving them looks everytime I spoke while ordering like I’m a burden. And most frustrating thing was she kept making up different excuses for not accepting my coupon, even though it was completely valid. The coupon was the only reason I came. I’m not a Karen I’ve worked in restaurants. I rarely complain about employees but this girl was just obnoxious had a nasty additude. No hate to the chain but avoid this location!

Stopped in an emergency as I needed something to eat ASAP. The young man behind the counter (9/7/22 around noon) was one of the most pleasant people I’ve run into in a long time. He genuinely acted like he was thrilled to serve you. Super pleasant, kind and attentive. Thank you!Also the sandwich was fantastic.

The employees were all very friendly, quick and professional. However, giving this place one star because I got food poisoning after eating here. Spent the next day bedridden and vomiting. Not exactly the type of thing you go to a restaurant for.

The service at this Subway was fast, courteous and efficient. The store was roomy and clean. Only three stars because the chain's new rib sandwich, which we bought four of to bring to a birthday party, were not something we'd order again. We chose two different rolls, Italian and herb cheese, two with onion, green pepper and provolone and two with cheddar. They were just okay either way. Bland meat with decent squeeze bottle sauce. Sticking with our usual favorites.
