It was my wife and my 37th anniversary. My wife loves butternut squash ravioli so I searched and searched for restaurants that had it on their menu. I finally found Blackberry River Bisto listed it as a special back in September so I wrote to see if it was going to be offered again. I didn't really expect to hear back, but Audry respond and offered to make them for us on our visit to the area. The atmosphere was simple elegant, and wonderful, the staff was so kind and courteous and the food was absolutely excellent! My wife was thrilled, I was the hero, but all the credit goes to Audry and her husband, they truly made our special day even more memorable. Thank you!!

What a find! If you missed out on the Labor Day weekend fried chicken special, there's always the ahi tuna poke bowl. Or the burrito. Or the amazing pasta special. Or the fabulous cakes. Or the ...Oh go check it out for yourself. First rate fresh and delicious menu, great vibe. Why take out when you can eat in - but you can do either. We will be back!

Little slow on service/ not the most accurate wait times for take out orders. Otherwise everything is delicious, especially their desserts and small batch offerings. Interior decor is very cute.

Stopped in Canaan on the way up to Great Barrington and were we ever happy we did. Great dinner. Had pappardelle with slow cooked short rib ragu and it was just lovely- homemade pasta and perfect sauce. D. had a lovely salad and then a chicken burrito which he raved about. Finished it off with a brownie in the car which was hard to share it was so fantastic. We got to Great Barrington early and saw all the trendy little restaurants there and had no regrets that we chose Blackberry River Bistro. Outstanding!
