Usually my experience has been great .. I ordered online a few days ahead .. and I should’ve checked my order before I left. But the bag is stapled shut. Instead of getting two cafe mochas I got just plain chocolate .. lessons learned 🤷🏼♀️
Truthfully the best cupcakes I have ever had! Extremely moist and so many different flavors.. I bought cupcake passes (one free cupcake a month) to bring the kids and I was so blown away with how good it was. The cannoli dip is also 10/10. Everyone is extremely nice when you call... especially the owner! My only complaint is that they aren't able to expand due to the economy and workers... I wish so badly we could have a store in West Hartford. Definitely recommend Cake Gypsy...
